  • These guys are always soothing to listen to

  • Does anyone know a kid's cartoon that used this song in it?

  • @4992Sarah It's called Toyland Broadcast

  • @zis Thank you so much!! I've been wondering that for years : D

  • @4992Sarah You're welcome! I used to watch the cartoon when I was a kid and this was my favourite song so I was happy to find a real version of it :)

  • @zis Me too, it's great : ) So catchy!

  • Even though I love this song, and especially this video, I have one major hang-up with it. It is the stereotypical way in which every African American, bar the Mills Brothers, are portrayed in this scene. It really p*sses me of every time I watch the video.

  • @ThinLynottFan its the 30's what do you expect lol

  • @ThinLynottFan I feel exactly the same way. Makes for a pretty thought provoking experience, dosen't it?

  • I found this song on a 78rpm 25 years ago. I didnt know it exsited outside of my record. I always thought this was a great song....

  • This right here is off the f*#@ing hook!!!! SyberkaPL u did it again- thnx 4 posting!!!!

  • The great Mills Brothers in a bit from the Marion Davies film OPERATOR 13... SUPERB

  • the change into the chorus is bliss, thanks for posting, the Mills Brothers are my letest obsession thru this 'jungle fever' and 'till then'

  • I love that song! It was also used in a cartoon in the 30s or 40s, but I can't find it. I think "Jungle Fever" was also the name of the cartoon. A little doll-girl dropped chocolate drops on the heads of some toy soldiers (I think) and they became black and sang this song. Later, I found the song on an old 78 rpm record.

  • Simply put-- these guys were so classy and incredibly talented. This song is about 70 years old and their performance still grabs your attention . THANKS for posting this classic. 5 stars for you.

  • This clip is from the 1934 movie "Operator 13".

  • thanks man!!! :)

  • They belong to the best quartets

    and groups of this time.

  • These guys were amazing.
