He's OK but would not be a big talent in the NFL. Might make an OK 3rd down back. He's got some moves, but not the speed. There are several of those runs that he gets caught where someone like Adrian Peterson or Chris Johnson would have left everyone in the dust.

If you want to see the "real deal", then search Youtube for Barry Sanders Jr. That kid has some serious potential. Runs just like his daddy.

There are no better athletes in florida than anywhere else, and tbh (take it more seriously) doesnt count for a whole lot.
