I'm amazed at the lack of empathy that some of you show. For anyone that is lashing out against those trying to make a difference, I sincerely hope that YOU are doing something to help others rather than being critical and adding no value.
Not to be mean or selfish because these haitan children need help as well...But there are MILLIONS of homeless american children of all colors and ethnicities who can use a little help too.

I agree that the current adoption system in America is worthless. People have to pay over $10,000 in fees and like you said, there's a ridiculous waiting list.
