  • marriage???? where is the fucking groom

  • I just came across your video. I fully support any conscenting adult marrying another. Gender has nothing at all to do with formalizing a commitment to the person you love.

  • A lot of love for you .... May you still be as happy as your wedding .... best wishes from Germany

  • @MiSaLi2008 thank you

  • Asian Brides seeking foreign men *lushfmlk.info*

  • How did that Lesbian get pregnant? Oh a test tube baby. Or maybe she is just a fat ass dyke and not pregnant? Do you think homophobe insults me? I am proud of my homophobia. Anita Bryant in my hero and I respect all homophobes!

  • @carribbeandreams2004 If homophobe doesn't insult you then how about "psychotic dipshit"?

  • NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO to prop 8

  • i'm straight and married to a man, but i don't understand why a woman can't marry another woman and the other way around. it's ridiculous! with all the things going on in this world and THIS is an issue...pulease

  • I just don't understand why people become so agressive and cruel againts others happiness? It makes no sense. If you want your mom, daughter, brother, or father to be happy, why can't others deserve that too? It's sad to see how someones happiness can feed hate to this world.

  • just wonderin, to which lastname they wud follow... or they still using the maiden name.. congrats anyway....

  • @trishapretty thanks trisha. We have our own names. I'm a performer and didn't change my name. I know people who chose to hyphenate or change names too. It's no different than straight folks, everyone chooses what they prefer.

  • • A study of lesbian couples reported (2000) in the Handbook of Family Development and Intervention "indicates that 54 percent had experienced 10 or more abusive incidents, 74 percent had experienced six or more incidents, 60 percent reported a pattern to the abuse, and 71 percent said it grew worse over time."[14] William C. Nichols, et al, editors, Handbook of Family Development and Intervention, p. 393 (New York:John Wiley and Sons, Inc., 2000)

  • I have no problem with gay marriage with the reasoning that 2 adults who consent get married regardless of sex.

However, my question to you is if you are a proponent of Gay marriage, you should also be a proponent polygamy?

Since polygamy is more than 2 adults who consent to get married regardless of sex.

Why is there such an outcry for Gay marriage rights but, no outcry for polygamy marriage?

Just for record I am neither gay nor a polygamist just trying to understand people

  • i think the thing is many polygamists are... a little bit different... in the head. that is why the majority believe against polygamy (i also dont know. i aint a polygamits or gay)

  • @utdol1 I think the problem with polygamy is that in theory there is nothing wrong with it, but in practice it is too dangerous. That is, in terms of equality, there are serious doubts about the role of women (maybe gender bias to men also but I think most multiple spouses are not men). Also, most polygamist are closed communities. The worry is how do you distinguish those who actually want to be one of many wives and those who "want to" because otherwise they will be ostracized.

  • @utdol1 one more point, same sex couples will not be allowed to marry multiple partners as well. So basically, what same sex proponents want is for the importance of SEX to be taken away from the definition of marriage. I think that is a worthwhile thing really. Same-sex unions actually elevates the status of marriage in this way; because by allowing same-sex couples to marry as well, you are saying marriage is between souls and not dependent on crude things like genitalia. - Hope this helps

  • Disagreement is welome but threats of physical violence and pure attacks are not. You will be removed from comments and serve as more evidence of a need for legal protection for LGBT people.

  • Disagreement is welcome but attacks and certainly threats of physical violence, which you left on my page are not.

  • im so sorry for prop 8 and that your marriage isnt "legal" anymore. while i am a straight woman, i am proud to say that in my home state of CT we have legalized gay marriage! :) and to ihatetrash2007, educate your stupid, black ass.

  • Sara I appreciate your support and desire to defend me from this truly hateful comments. I can understand why they'd make you really angry. But I don't support attacking any group or racism. I want inclusion and equality for all.

  • Calling that individual black is a simple statement, it isn't degrading. it is the same as him (or her) calling me "white". If I had chosen another choice word then yes, that's racism.

Hopefully sometime soon President Obama will stick to his word and have marriage legalized for all.

  • @xxxsarx A white homosexual has a license to be a bigot? Wow. Hopefully the religious people of color will remember that it was the republican party that freed the slaves and the DEMOCRAPS that opposed freedom.

  • @xxxsarx OBAMA and LIBERTURDS ARE GONNA GET THEIR ASSES KICKED IN NOVEMBER. In the South all of those recently gained democrap seats will be GONE. The democraps FORGOT that the SOuth is the BIBLE BELT. Those LiberTurds will be reminded in November!

  • @xxxsarx I AM SO HAPPY THAT PROP 8 PASSED AND THAT YOUR MARRIAGE IS NOT LEGAL ANY LONGER. I WANT TO THANK THE MORMONS - WHO WOULD EVER HAVE THOUGHT I WOULD DO THAT? FOR THEIR GENEROUS CONTRIBUTION TO NORMAL MARRIAGE.

  • @carribbeandreams2004 our marriage and the other 17,999 that happened legally in CA are still legal.

What has substantially changed in your life due to prop 8 passing?

  • @carribbeandreams2004 Thats funny. Mormons and their contribution to 'normal' marriage, when most people who prefer to have multiple wives are Mormon. If you have nothing nice to say dont do it because it shows really bad character sweety and you look like an idiot

  • @tony9L9L

first of all, the french are allowed to get married...?

    and werewolves aren't real....

  • @zackisverybored

...and thirdly the inhabitants of Hixville (or wherever you are from) are missing a sense of humour and fourthly the French are certainly NOT allowed to marry or reproduce- they continue to do so because they are an uncivilised , wild people who have no regard for English bylaws.

  • a;ldkfjsl;aksdfjl;kajsdfl;kjdsf

  • Gay/lesbian marriage should be legal. We should have our rights. I hope that once me and my girlfriend want to get married we can get married in our own home state. Don't give up my fellow gays! Our rights will come.

  • I have no idea what prop 8 is, partly cos im 15 and live in the UK, but i say NO! :)

  • aw. :)

  • sorry it's been so hard for you there. It's insane that people can get married in a drive by or a vegas chapal on a whim, but two adults in love with a health care place don't quaifly because of an extra vagina or penis

  • thats sexy! no to that thing :)

  • Heather and Stacy, you have been together for about six years right? Congratulations on your first year wedding anniversary today.

  • Comment removed

  • lol. same sex marriage is beyond pushing th envelope? Jesus. What kind of hole are you living in? That is the weirdest argument I've heard. LAME.

  • Oh? You live in a normal world, huh?

    DEFINE NORMAL.

  • I assume you meant "asinine" not "assonide" which isn't a word... But um, I would like to know where this survey was taken of gay people who find gay marriage a bad idea. Is it kind of like that list of "scientists" who oppose evolution? lol. I mean, go on, CONVINCE ME that there are tons of gay people AGAINST gay marriage. And as far as "displaying it" ? it is what they are. Should black people wear bags over their heads to accomodate the KKK members out there???

  • @blue1spiral hahaha

    MANY scientists oppose evolution hahaha

That's the nature of a theory

  • @jonceballos - scientists are open to new facts and evidence for anything (duh, that's their job), but the theory of evolution itself is fact, even if not every single piece of the "how" puzzle is known. True scientists are interested in molding their "beliefs" to new evidence, not molding new evidence to their beliefs. If any of these "many scientists" who oppose evolution do so BECAUSE they are religious, then they are not following the scientific method.

  • @tony9L9L here here here

  • I feel sorry for your Daughter

  • I think that it's a lovely video :) Sorry for all the idiot comments by people that are too ignorant to realise that CIVIL marriage and a RELIGIOUS marriage are two completely different things.

  • plus, i extend my support all the way from laredo texas and back.

  • Marriage doesn't belong to the christian movement. Marriage can be found in most of the religions and among none religious people today. Muslims, hindu, atheists, and people from other religions have been getting married for centuries.

It didn't start in the judah christian church.

  • It's really sad that you have children. Do you think a gay couple would ever teach their children to discriminate like that? "do it for the children" ? Yeah, more like vote NO for the children. Jeez.

  • @blue1spiral I am going to gladly circulate a petition to BAN HOMOSEXUAL MARRIAGE,

  • @carribbeandreams2004, oh yeah, your petition is going to change the world. Right. I'm really scared.

  • i appreciate your response. so simple and effective.

theres a certain eloquence in humbly written comments that unfortunately not too many people can obtain... like all these psalms and verse comments, im not digging them too much. To be honest, i fel like theyre not even really saying anything. Anyways, charming video, it was all meat and no saturated fat.. it got straight to the point and The Point is I liked what you were serving.

  • even thou i think this is a sin and a very bad one,i support your decision because to me love have no boundaries whatosoever and if you fell totally in love with her that is your bussiness and noone can tell you what to do or not,you are free as well as all americans are :),please be happy and love each other a lot in my name ok?,hehe, best wishes for you both, take care, bye!!!!

  • Why don't you take your god by the hand and go together for a long long walk whereever you want? I guess nobody will miss both of you here. Ciao

  • All the way my Savior leads me; What have I to ask beside? Can I doubt His tender mercy, Who through life has been my Guide? Heavnly peace, divinest comfort, Here by faith in Him to dwell! For I know, whateer befall me, Jesus doeth all things well; For I know, whateer befall me, Jesus doeth all things well. All the way my Savior leads me...
  • As you can see from the Chuppah in the ceremony, I am Jewish and my wife is also very spiritual but neither of us is Christian. I believe we are free to have our own beliefs and that the law of the US is not based on a certain interpretation of a single religion.

  • 1Jn 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

1Jn 4:2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:

1Jn 4:6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

Eph.2:2...the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient.

  • The Prop 8 people talk about "protecting" marriage, yet they destroyed a whole bunch of them in their path! Funny... They also talk about "thinking" of the children. Are they thinking about LGBT children (like me) as well?

I would have attempted to save your marriage... if I had been old enough... and lived in California... :(

  • God does not view sexual perversions between same gender people who recite vows, as a marraige. God views these types of relationships as abominable.

Mat 19:4 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,

Mat 19:5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?

Turn to Jesus and be saved from the wrath to come!

  • this is beautiful<3

  • I love my mom and my pet. Should I have the "right" to marry any of them?

  • Do you love your mum and pet in the same was as you would/do a partner?

  • "Do you love your mum and pet in the same was as you would/do a partner?"

Maybe I do. If it doesn't hurt you, it shouldn't matter, should it? :)

  • You do! I don't/wouldn't so the right to marry wouldn't be a question I would have to ponder for them.

  • "You do! I don't/wouldn't so the right to marry wouldn't be a question I would have to ponder for them."

Good! Now you know how we feel about homosexuals "marrying".

  • Marrying a partner and conducting a relationshiop akin to marriage is not the same as marrying your mother or pet, namely bestiality and incest come to mind!

Common sense, rationality and equality come to mind.

  • "Marrying a partner and conducting a relationshiop akin to marriage is not the same as marrying your mother or pet, namely bestiality and incest come to mind!"

Marrying a person of the opposite sex is not the same as "marrying" a person of your same sex.

Common sense, rationality and equality come to mind.

  • Brick wall comes to mind. Thus I am not going to enter into a debate on how it is same and how it is not, but there is equality in difference.

  • "Brick wall comes to mind."

That's 'cause you have a prejudiced "open" mind. :)

"I am not going to enter into a debate on how it is same and how it is not"

Then, why even reply to my posts? :) Just to say that you "could debate but that you won't? :) How funny! :)

  • elder and animal abuse come to mind. you're sick.

  • "elder and animal abuse come to mind. you're sick."

    Homosexual acts come to mind.

    YOU are sick.

  • maybe you should stop obsessing about them, then. ;)

  • "maybe you should stop obsessing about them, then."

No obsession. Just helping prevent the spread of the disease.

  • if you believe love is a disease, that is. if you are afraid of sexuality that happens to be different from your own, then you will always be fighting something that you have absolutely zero power over. you'll continue beating your head against a wall expecting the wall to move, and it won't. there is nothing to fear about homosexuality. you've bought into the divisive rhetoric that is used to control you, and i would think that you would fear that more than anything else.

  • "if you believe love is a disease"

Did I say that? Or is this just your "rational, open-minded" spin?

"Loving" THE WRONG THING can be a disease.

    "if you are afraid..."

Do I look scared? :) There's a difference, my friend, between fright and moral rejection.

"...of sexuality that happens to be different from your own"

Just like the sexuality of those who are into incest and bestiality?

  • moral rejection goes both ways, since your morality is just that--your own. you choose to be ignorant, you choose to be hateful of those that are different from yourself, you choose to be enlightened, or not. citing abhorrent sex acts that any human-not just homosexuals-might engage in, is not an argument against sex or sexuality, if it were, heterosexuals would be put away by the droves. look to your own sexuality and you'll find enough sickness to keep you busy being outraged.

  • "you will always be fighting something that you have absolutely zero power over"

Zero-power? What are you talking about?

"you'll continue beating your head against a wall expecting the wall to move"

    That's what closets are for.

"you've bought into the divisive rhetoric"

"Bought"? Divisive? There's NO consensus about homosexuality. It REMAINS controversial--no matter how intensely you'd like to wish us out of existence. The happy "unity" you imagine exists only in your mind.

  • The happy "unity" you imagine exists only in your mind>. this is where unity begins. think before you speak, think before you act, think before you follow. i don't believe your natural instincts would tell you to be so hateful, it's something you've been taught. keep your beliefs, but let others have their beliefs as well.

  • "this is where unity begins"

There can be no divisive rhetoric where there's no unity to begin with. You're the ones bringing your divisive gay crap to the unity we had.

"i don't believe your natural instincts would tell you to be so hateful"

You call "hateful" those who disagree with you.

"keep your beliefs, but let others have their beliefs as well"

I'll keep my convictions. Hence I can't provide PUBLIC (i.e., LEGAL) recognition to anything resembling a homosexual "marriage".

  • you will not be asked to PROVIDE any PUBLIC or LEGAL recognition of marriage equality, since you will be in NO POSITION TO GRANT IT. prop 8 will be deemed illegal, just as prop 22 was. the Supreme Court will protect the citizens of California from those like you who wish to legislate from the Bible. religion is not a democracy, therefore you'll continue to enjoy bigotry and exclusivity inside your church doors. outside, in the real world, the rest of us will be enjoying equality...together.

  • they call you hateful not because you disagree but because you want to legislate away their civil liberties.

  • they call you hateful not because you disagree but because you want to legislate away their civil liberties.

  • Congratulations to the both of you! May your love grow stronger every day!:))

  • The problem with separate (civil unions) but equal is that it is NEVER equal.

If you want to preserve the word marriage strip the government of using it. Call ALL of them Civil Unions and you can use the word for religious purposed only.

  • are you saying america is a christian theocracy? or are you saying you want a christian theocracy?

If thats what you are saying how would you like it if muslims suddenly gained control or a majority and they enforced shariea law.

No visible displays of the cross or christian religious idols. You coudnt have mass anymore or pray to jesus because thats a sin in the quran.

  • Prop 8 passed so grow up stop crying and live your life. The gay community wants so much to be accepted and be treated like everyone else, well then why do they have to lower themselves and embarrass the entire gay population by crying because they lost the election? Pathetic. You can't overturn the new federal law. Done deal, the people have spoken.

  • the "people" have NO right to "speak" on my marriage. i was legally married, and it was YOU who cried and whined your way onto the ballot. prop 8 will be deemed illegal, as prop 22 was. stop crying and live your life? sounds like good advice! we will never be ashamed of standing up for ourselves and our families, so you can stuff your faux outrage and sense of superiority. get used to the protests of civic minded citizens protecting our Constitution--we will be out there.

  • Marriage is a "religious" aspect of our society, and you are not recognized as being married in the eyes of the church. You may have a Civil Union, but not marriage.

There is no sense of superiority here, just normalcy. You may need to get used to protests for people standing up for their rights as well. You're simply a group of SP's that want your way, something akin to children that want their candy. But, as with children, you've been told NO...

  • the world spins forward, and yet, you are spinning backward. i feel sorry for you, really, because your pathetic attempts at holding onto the power and glory you once held over society is evaporating before your very eyes...and you just can't see it. but, you feel it, and that's a start :)

now, get back inside your church and stay behind the doors where you belong. i'm sure your community will be a great source of comfort for you in the years to come.

  • Junkforkaryn, I don't need, nor do I want your sympathy. If you need sympathy, you can find it in the dictionary between "shit" and "syphillis"...

It's not a matter of glory, or of power as you may think, but of morality, and immorality. Natural, and un-natural acts are easily defined in both nature, and human nature. Homosexuality is an un-natural act, but I don't have any grievances with it, only the aspect of gay marriage.

Sodom and Gomorrah, ring a bell? Wear sunscreen...

  • The bigotry and intolerance in your words!

    I feel sorry for you.

Now, get back inside your closet and stay behind the doors where you belong. I'm sure you'll find plenty of company in there for years to come.

  • The bible also says that a man can have more then one wife. And a lot of other things that people don't do any more. I'm believe in god and I believe god excepts everyone for who they are. I respect your comment, but i disagree with it.

  • they consider what is right for them. marrying the one they love. nothing is wrong with that but denying them rights to marry is wrong. you dont consider their side and you dont care. you think them marrying will hurt you. your a biggot to deny a class of people the same rights you have. thats hateful

  • That's why you have such resistence because you only consider your side of this issue. Better settle for civil unions before you piss even more people off with such pettiness. And don't dare compare this whiny crap to slavery, or group your marriage dilemma to it. You just want attention

  • Get over it. Move on, there's more important issues. You idiots out their protesting while people suffer. All you do is whine over marriage and cats like hypocritical leader Ellen. It is your selfishness that brought your proposal 8 downfall with your arrogant mockery. Think people were going to by into your twisted manipulation? And marrirage is not a right to abuse other's religious rights. Including the constitution you like to bring uo so much. One nation under god. Just a fact.

  • As a black male living in California. I never ever thought I would see the day my people would take the rights away from a certain class of people. Well, it happen. 70% of blacks voted Yes on Prop 8. Wow. I am so assamed of you guys. You took away their rights. I hope you can sleep at night.

  • You're comparing Prop 8 to slavery?!? That's so completely ridiculous. Go tell you family members that and see how they feel. I'm sure the NAACP agrees with you it's totally the same thing.

  • HOOORAY!!!!! The people have spoken!!

Even California, the Land of Fruits and

Nuts, thinks gay marriage is SICK!!!!

    AMEN!!!!!

  • Is a sailboat an ocean liner? Let's stick with the language we've all agreed to use. Words mean things. If you can change a word to make it mean whatever you want, then so can I. For that matter, so can anyone. So someone might decide to change it to mean it's ok to marry their mom. and if "love is love", maybe someone really loves their dog,or sheep. When you leave a door open, there's just no telling who might walk through. Leave words alone. They mean things. Civil unions are cool.

  • You say that, because the No on 8 crowd can't make babies.

    No babies, no grandbabies.

  • Unless they adopt and those adopted children grow up, most likely to be hetero, and make babies of thier own ^_^

  • SAVE YOUR MARRIAGE? WHAT MARRIAGE?

  • segregation and opposition to womens voting rights once had the same level of support as Prop 8 does. History judges them as racists and bigots... as will the grandchildren of prop 8 supporters. I weep for humanity.

  • Calm your foul mouth down. Your language and hostile attitude is what is sick, along with the abomination that is homosexuality. Thank goodness the true voice of California has finally been heard. The judges that overturned the will of the people should be thrown in jail for costing Californians over $75,000,000.00!!! That money could have done so much good for California! Long live Prop 8!

  • How about instead of making a big deal out of it you just get on with your lives? How was it affecting you anyway? It's not like they made a law saying, "ALL PEOPLE WILL NOW BE GAY! START HUMPING YOUR BESTFRIEND NOW!!!" What would Jesus say about this issue? Jesus Loves EVERYONE! Including this loving couple, hetero couples and even you and I as well.

"LET HE WHO IS WITHOUT SIN PASS THE FIRST STONE"

  • Jesus hates sin not sinners. sin must not be celebrated which is why we had to put a stop to it. At least you're admitting that homosexuality is a sin. Now let the healing begin.

  • I don't think it's a sin. But I do think we need to heal.

  • You don't think it's a sin huh? Is that what ellen degenerate told you?

  • if you think the state should stop legalizing sin, can muslims vote to take away your right to have mass for jesus. they consider it a sin to pray to anyone but god and jesus isnt god. the cross is sinful, rosary is sinful, praying to a prophet is sinful. think about how the laws are in pakistan

  • You're missing the point. It's not on issue of religion, it's an issue of morality. sin destroys the fabric of our culture. pakistan is a good example, their culture is totally corrupted.

  • only religion has the issue of sin in it. what is a sin is according to what holy book you read. according to the law, the entire issue is irrelevant.

  • Fine, I'll reword it for you. You're missing the point. It's not on issue of religion, it's an issue of morality. immorality destroys the fabric of our culture. pakistan is a good example, their culture is totally corrupted.

  • only christians and muslims will say that. they think homosexuality is immoral because their book tells them so. they cant think for themselves. i dont think its immoral at all. it doesnt harm anyone. Pedophiles are immoral. they hurt children. just for your info, many pedophiles are from the christian faith :) who is immoral now? if you ask me, christians are immoral.

  • Gimme a break. Anyone who is a pedophile is not a true man or woman of God. There are bad people in every group, it's man's nature to do evil. You obviously can't throw the baby out with the bath water. evildoers or immoral, pedophiles and homosexuals alike.

  • Dont argue that with me. Your church defended them. SOme of the pedephiles are still members of the Catholic church. have a talk with Pope Benedict about that. but the church is full of them.

  • San Francisco is full of homosexuals and pedophiles too. Your argument is gay as in lame.

  • This is not about Islam it is about Prop 8!

  • Wow these hate comments are from sick fucks. I hope everyone apposing any marriage gets shot. NO on 8. Your one sick fuck if you vote yes.

  • PROP 8 - SAME-SEX MARRIAGE BAN

Proposition - 8-Same Sex Marriage Ban - Ballot Issue

    November 05, 2008 - 07:04AM PT

    California - 24270 of 25429 Precincts Reporting - 95% Name Votes Vote % Yes 5,163,908 52% No 4,760,336 48%

    Looks like you lost... HA!!!

  • Looks pretty close to me. I wonder how that last 5% would have voted?

  • Your are a confused and misinformed Cathlic. Read your Bible and contemplate it in it's totality. God knows no sin that he does not hate. We must not celebrate sin.

  • Fuck you she has the right under the god damned Constitution to be whatever she is. Sick fuck.

  • This is disgusting! Vote Yes on 8.

  • Dikes

  • The God I serve, does not concern himself as to whether two people of the same sex, share their lifes together, thus not making children. The world is populated enough, in fact that's one of our problems in this world, too many people, to few resourses.

The God I serve, is more concerned about the suffering and exploitment of his people. This is God's world, not the world, of the bosss, the political leaders or those churches who accodate themselfs with those who appear in power.

    VOTE NO

  • What kind of weak-ass pagan God do you serve? Save your wicken nonsense for your next coven meeting. Vote Yes on 8.

  • As a catholic, I serve the God who stands by his people, who's a Gods of love for those people, never changing.

It's called liberation Theology; you might want to look it up sometime.

It's something that scares fundamental pastures and church leaders more then the Devil himself.

Because we people the Creators power is something that belongs to his people, not something to be kept under lock and key by the 'his' church.

VOTE NO, to oppression of Gods creations VOTE NO to prop 8

  • No on prop 8.

    No to discrimination!

  • Yes on 8

  • Have I heard a glass smashed?

    Mazal Tov, and good luck!

  • Vote Yes on 8.

  • VOTE NO on 8!!!!! Why are you so HATEFUL!!!!!!!!

  • yeah ill vote on on 8 lol...

  • Yes on Prop 8 ! for our kids future

    think in our children!

  • Dude, some of you will have gay kids. That's just the way it is. You'd like them to be discriminated against?

  • How would this effect our children?

    Can you answer that?

  • I love my parents, siblings, cousins, but doesn't mean I should be able to marry them. Just cause you love someone does not mean you should be able to marry them!

  • It's a different kind of love. The kind you might have for someone of the opposite sex. If you're straight then you won't be able to identify with feeling romantically and wanting to commit to someone of the same sex. You might not be able to identify with someone who is a different gender or race. But legal equality for all is not something that demands you understand my life personally.

Equal rights under the law just means that we are all treated the same by the law.

  • Congrats on your marriage. You look like such a happy couple. Let's cross our fingers and vote

    NO ON 8

  • Protect marriage? I might be wrong here, but if gays are allowed to marry I don't think a lot of marriage counselors will here this: Ya, our marriage was doing fine up until the gays were allowed to marry. Protect your marriage? Don't get divorsed! How's that for an idea? The biggest THREAT to your marriage is finincial problems and infidelity. Hate and intolerance are NOT family values! Vote NO on 8!

  • There are only two reasons for passing Prop 8 - Fear and Discrimination. And, how weird is it that most of the money to fund the passage of Prop 8 comes from Mormons outside of the state? Are Californians going to let another state dictate its laws?

  • Providing hate speech about a church, a group of people, or an entire state does help your cause. Stick to the issues of Prop. 8 and stay away from silly arguments -that's for both sides of the story
