@Bunghole789 Leave the poor kid alone! He's just developmentally challenged w/ downs syndrome and has difficulty maintaining appropriate behavior or even understanding it. Communication is also a struggle for him due to his disability. This is how special needs kids tend to act in typical situations, 'cause some people think they're uncivilized, but have difficulty adjusting themselves in a typical mainstream classroom environment.
