Hank Paulson is the one who forced the solvent banks to take the TARP money due to market instability. Who was he Treasury Secretary under again? Oh yea.

Bush may have authorized 18B for TARP, but that's NOTHING compared to the *787B* that Obama authorized for the FIRST stimulus alone.

Furthermore, Syria, a declared state sponsor of terrorism for many years now, owns a significant share of Fiat, so now Chrysler has been illegally seized by Obama's socialist administration and sold illegally to be at least partially owned by a declared state sponsor of terrorism;
