  • 0:54 legal condom? :L

  • I like his other show better, Hardcore Pawn

  • a previous record of drug possesion can screw you, and your rights are gone, almost need a miracle to escape a charge. so dont be stupid and build that record, even a decent law abiding citizen wouldnt back you. a lesson learned is dont hang with the wrong crowd, or you will go down with them, dont dress like them, pull up them pants, respect your elders, and people in general. dont cat around late at night on dark street corners, stay home and play x-box LOL, grand theft auto LOL, just kidding

  • legal condom :)

  • What kind of weed is that?

  • @MrSpyKload Some nasty mexican hocus pocus garbage probally, thank fuck I live in Canada. :)

  • When he said "say it with me" I said "legal condom". Fuck, I'm stupid as shit.

  • this just seems like a big scam to make lawyers look useful.....

  • @TheMiwaro I hope you're just kidding, lawyers can and will help you. If you feel you're qualified to represent yourself by all means do so, but I wouldn't turn down a free lawyer no matter how well I know the law, a legal consult can get you out of quite a bit of trouble.

  • In the immortal words of Tony Soprano: "Keep your fuckin' mouth shut!"

  • Nothing like a legal condom.

  • That nigga is sippin on gin in court...

  • "police may legally lie to you" Mind=Blown

  • @sjjdiienno1 What also blows my mind is that they can legally entrap. That shit is just blatantly unlawful, or should be anyway.

  • @br00tul entrapment isnt illegal

  • Who buys ground up weed?

    Buds all the way.

  • I can't stand how the Actor-Cop chews his gun while saying, "We know you bought this Weeed! That makes you part of a Drug Conspiracy!" 0:26

  • Wait....

But this man really have weed on himself, why do this old guy still protecting him ?

  • Most of the time... the people are involved with drugs can't afford a lawyer unless they are the actually drug lord; not the seller. That leads to two choices, first being your own lawyer which usually land a person into jail, second have the state provide you one, which just land you into jail too... because they are on the state payroll.

  • 0:18 dirty ass weed

  • LEGAL. CONDOM.

  • Maybe in Central Park West, but try that in Bronx hihihi

  • I think this is what police want you to do as well -- because if you are remaining silent that means you arent being a smartass or talking back to the cops .. so all the cops have to do is handcuff you and take you to the station.

  • what happens if you get arrested at say 2am in the morning.. since lawyers dont work 24 hours -- when do police have to allow you to see a lawyer..

  • @badpanda84 Well a lot of lawyers actually do work essentially 24/7 especially if you are in a city. Most have their office calls pushed to their cell phones. But the main thing is to keep your mouth shut until you speak to a lawyer. So if you are picked up at 2AM, just keep your mouth shut until 8 or 9 in the morning when a lawyer should be up. And any offer the cops might give you more than certainly will still be on the table when your lawyer is there.

  • isn't it just easier to be white?

  • Someone needed to say this...

  • This guy reeks of "inmate gone straight to make the man pay". Brother gets out, cleans up act, gets law degree. Now he's gonna let the brothers and the others know how to play "the man".

DON'T BREAK THE LAW. DON'T HANG OUT WITH PEOPLE WHO BREAK THE LAW. DON'T GO PLACES WHERE THE LAW IS BEING BROKEN. TURN IN LAW BREAKERS AS SOON AS YOU WITNESS LAWLESSNESS. IF IN DOUBT, CALL THE POLICE.

  • I'm 17, and if I got caught for something like this, I don't think seeing a lawyer would be an option for me o_o

  • @piggyfreak06 Why? You have no legal knowledge. They know what to do and can help fight for your innocence?

  • @piggyfreak06 always keep your mouth shut and ask for that lawyer.

  • To bad all these rights disappear with NDAA :(

  • that lawyer guy is shmarticles :S He knows the law i guess.. :P

  • I just got a kick out of "it's kinda like a legal condom".

  • Better call Saul

  • Tell them you havent eaten for 5 days and will not answer any questions on aan empty stomache.......Then after they let you stuff yourself with 2 whoppers , french fries , omion rings and a super size milkshake , you say.......Im going to remain silent , I'd like to see a lawyer :)

  • Smartest thing said by anyone interacting with a hostile police officer: "I'd like a lawyer." Don't let them try to fool you into thinking that they can do more for you if you talk to them without one. Anything you can say to them that may help you, you can still say after getting the lawyer and listening to his/her advice. In fact, if anything, it strengthens your bargaining position if you do wind up looking for a plea deal.

  • I knew I recognized you mister lawyer! You were in The Wire! Representing Clay Davis....shiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeeet

  • haha. your "victims" are always black or hispanics. haha.

  • in brazil all this things end with a slap on the face. in brazil they do wherever they want. the police

  • I need this guy to teach at my school..

  • @Lisa13245 You do realise this is a scam made by lawyers -- this generates more business for them

  • @badpanda84 The scam is high school, it's useless.

  • @Lisa13245 LOL fair enough -- hight school is pretty useless -- although I do recommend finshing it anyway..

But having said that -- lawyer are intersted in making police encounters and long and drawn out as possible..

  • @badpanda84 Oh I finished, I'm in University now - I got in on academic scholarship - but that doesn't change my opinion in high school. While I did well in high school, but most of what they 'teach' is useless.

  • first vid that i have seen that makes sense

  • ...why are the officers, KNOWINGLY VIOLATING, federal law!?! The CITIZEN INVOKED HIS RIGHTS...Therefore, it is, "quiet-time" until everyone is down at the station...and the attorney-is-present...

  • @SittingMooseShaman

    actualy not.

after invoking his rights they can still question him, just cant be used in court unless the person willingly devulged the information. yea its a gray area.

  • @doc2850 ...not a word. There are no gray areas in a court-room...it's either, "yes" or, "no".

  • @SittingMooseShaman "why are the officers, KNOWINGLY VIOLATING, federal law!?! The CITIZEN INVOKED HIS RIGHTS"

WRONG -- the citizen has the right not to answer the question. The police can still ask questions -- but they can force or threathen the citizen to answer.

The citzen has the right to remain silent -- however that dosent mean the cop has exericed or invoked his right to remain silent

  • @badpanda84 ..."wrong" my Constitutional Red, White & Blue SouthBuffalo, Irish Ass! Take that shit talk back to OLD autocratic Europe and the days of Monarchy & DICKtators

    and their fucking gestapos...

  • When I was a kid I always thought "You have the right to remain silent." was a euphemism for "Shut the hell up."

  • last time i did this the police ditched me in some cell saying i was drunk and that i had no rights to speak to a lawyer since they ''arrested me out off mercy'' since i was sooooo drunk when all i did was using the magic words : *silence* and am i beeing detained. All this crap because they were searching from some punks who vandalised cars (they tried to question me and arrested me 10 meter from my appartment and i was no where near cars since that night parking was restricted. :(

  • @mattdezo666 cop seems to have tons of loop holes they can use even if you ''flex your rights'' sad very sad :(

  • 50 sec --''its like a legal condom'' i love it fuk the law but always use a rubber---

  • ...Seriously? "Legal condom"?

  • Hes sippin that water like a boss.

  • @whoopdeedoodude "Hes sippin that water like a boss" lmao

  • @whoopdeedoodude

He own's everyone in that courtroom. Even the judge!

  • "It's like a legal condom" That there just said cops are pussies!!! Wow that one has meanings on many different levels XD

  • Say it with me: "Legal Condom" *everybody* "Legal Condom"

  • This is all soon to be nullified. Senate Bill 1867 provides that you can be arrested without charge, denied a lawyer and/or contact with courts of law or family, and disappear into a gulag forever, where you can be starved, worked, and tortured.

  • Holy shit thats alot of black people in the croud.

  • @dukebielak Fuck you racist mother fucker.

  • @r44ng33d Its a fucking fact you dumbass, are you watching the same fucking video I'm watching or are you jerkin to some xnxx porn.

  • Once again. If it's not yours, and you don't know who's it is. Why not just tell the truth. The evidence will set you free. This video makes cops seem a little too corrupt. Now maybe in places they are. But not where I live. I've been pulled over. They're very nice, friendly, and courteous, not to mention very professional. It's not always like they portray it in the movies. Where they're always dirty and trying to get the most arrests in a month.

  • this guy is like saul goodman

  • would love to have one videos of these for New Zealand law its probably similar rights

  • @reeceagodwin it'd be basically the same as England/Australia i assume

  • That looks like the shittiest weed I've ever seen..

  • I'm a police officer in the UK and this guy's brilliant. So many of the people I've arrested have waived their right to free legal consultation because they think it implies guilt, or because they think that since they intend to plead guilty anyway they don't need it. ALWAYS ASK FOR A LAWYER, even if you intend to plead guilty or even if you really are not guilty. It doesn't imply guilt and it's not a waste of anyone's time.

  • Cops are trained to lie to you. It's part of a psychological manipulation technique designed to intimidate and confuse you. That's just one of the reasons I hate cops.

  • thumbs up for legal condoms.

  • wish i watched this before i got caught shop lifting lol i didnt take anything but i was with my friend >.>

  • holy shit this is so true. My friend had an ounce of weed on him, we were 14 and we were smokin at a park with about 5 people. when my friend saw the cop he put the weed behind the log he was sittin on. The cops just questioned us, got our names, adress, and phone numbers and told us to leave. We got half way up the street and we saw more lights behind us, they found the weed. Anyway long story short they got us all against the car and interogated us tryin to get us to snitch on someone.

  • @ilovemyeg2sir Why?

  • @ilovemyeg2sir Haha! Well you know us black people need this info more than than the whites!

  • @ilovemyeg2sir Shouldn't you be in jail for racism?

  • @Munymuny200 Shouldn't you be in special-ed for your apparent lack of knowledge?

Racism is immoral and stupid, not illegal. The KKK is allowed to protest in public all the time.

  • @Munymuny200 im jk lol

  • @ilovemyeg2sir I love it!!!!

  • when he first said say it with me. I would have hated to be in the audience..because my first assumption of what to repeat was

(rest of audience) Im going to remain silent

(mine) It's like a legal cond..I mean remain silent

  • @poeticreject funny, 'cause later he says: "DON'T GET TRICKED, you know what to say" after he'd already played the trick. (intentional mind-f*ck?)

  • why is it always the black guy o.o

  • "they're kind of like a legal condom" lol

  • I disagree, whenever u ask for a lawyer, police officers r not allowed to ask u anymore questions

  • @N1NJAGAMERS "police officers r not allowed to ask u anymore questions"

WRONG -- they can ask more questions but they can't force you to answer...

what police cant do is say "you cant have a lawyer until you answer our questions" --

  • @badpanda84 Actually, they're not legally allowed to phrase anything they say to you as a question after you ask for legal council. They can't force you to answer anything whether you ask for one or not, because nobody can force you to say something - there's always the choice, which is obvious. But no, if they ask you a question after you request a lawyer, they can get into trouble, since it is indeed a law that they can't.

  • thats some shitty looking weed lol

  • @chapel865 officer that oregano is not mine!

  • GO BROWNS!

  • Drug conspiracy? Hahaha, I think the one on drugs is the cop.

  • Well there are so many, so many innocent pepol who have been fryed by the police into submison, takeing on the heat of a crime they didnt comit. And the innocent had even payed with there life.

    If anything, silens conquer.

  • FUCKING COPS

  • i fucking should of known about this.

    fuck all

  • ya hear that SHUT IT!

  • i like this guy...

  • @sidnomis1 He sure is native where smoking pot is a part of his culture but that's only my guess...

  • @sidnomis1 yeah it helped me oncewhen i got pulled over

  • 2 people forgot to put on there legal condoms

  • i laughed way to hard at all the black people in the croud

  • do not ask to remain silent ask for n attorney... once that has been said any thing you say cannot be used in court"

LOL that so dosnet work.. If you where charged with DUI and said something stupid like "I'm so wasted but I want to speak to an attorney." that would definetly be used agaist you in court

  • What happens if it is 1am in the morning and you are arrested for DUI ( for instance)

Even if you ask for a lawyer -- when do you actually get to speak to a lawyer-- lawyers dont work 24 hours a day

  • Most of the people that had to repeat are black xD

  • POLICE CAN LEGALLY LIE TO YOU !!!!!!

  • I KNOW MY RIGHTS MOTHAFUCKA

  • Lol, is he a lawyer or a pimp?

  • Cop: Mmm what do we have here?

    *holds up oregeno*

Cop: We know you bought this weed!

    lmaoo

  • on the other hand, if it actually is your weed, you should probably definitely just admit it because theres really no defense against finding weed in your pocket and riding out the legal system is going to end badly for you.

  • Those crazy Browns fans. No amount of weed will make your team appear good

  • That looks like shit weed.

  • @therambo211

And how would you know Bob Marley?

  • @MeAgainstTheRadio Cause it looks like shit -.-

  • i wear a legal condom so the law doesn't get aids

  • 0:52 is the best!

  • Why does it seem like only black people and Mexicans are getting arrested?

  • @TheParadisis Seem? They are. It's because they are genetically inferior.

  • @Lkonae please dont get ya ass whooped by sayin that in public. stay behind your keyboard coward

  • @DaKidWyz1 I have said it in public. If I said it to you, I know you wouldn't do shit about it either.

  • @Lkonae For the record, it doesn't matter what colour I am. In fact, I'm part of the smallest minority in the world. You sir, are still a racist prick. Go top yourself.

  • @DivineWindSerpent I don't believe I was speaking to you. Good for you. May I ask what that minority is?

  • @Lkonae Yes you may.

  • @DivineWindSerpent What minority group do you belong to?

  • "say it with me" "its kinda like a legal condom"

  • i tellem shit like im seeing voices i dont under stand the Question can rephrase it for a thousand

  • Hehe. Shut your mouth until you've seen a BAR appointed lawyer who stands behind oath given to said BAR Association. The BAR is part of the same system that prosecutes you. International BAR has roots in the City of London where the Crown Temple Bank is located. It's all extortion under RICO operations. That's exactly what this system is. They set up your only outlet from corruption as being a corrupt means to an end. You're screwed with a lawyer or attorney.

  • This advice is the best you can get, either innocent or guilty making a statement is not in your best interest, no matter what the circumstance, Do Not Make A Statement...not ever. Be polite in your refusal to speak, but Do refuse, ask for an attorney, and then Shut Up.

  • this guy is an asshole. Hope he gets a ticket.

  • @Crazyyn00b Who's an asshole? Only assholes in this video are the cops.

  • yeah, don't tell the police anything...gotta keep all those drug dealers on the street and out of trouble, right? i see where your priorities are.

  • @eamonob84 its about protecting yourself not dealers. and yes also keep them on the streets, everyone needs a dealer. mostly.

  • @jimtheadoremorrison well, when one of those dealers kills one of your family members, remember you said that.

  • @eamonob84 my family dont do drugs, bita weed maybe now and again. but i was joking

  • @jimtheadoremorrison i didnt mean to imply they were drug users. lots of innocent people get caught in the middle of drug violence, especially down south with all the mexican cartels coming into the states.

  • cops are mother fuckers man

  • why do all these cops look like WWE rejects?

  • The police are armed and retarded they all are overpayed under worked and most of them are fat so fat that they cannot do their jobs so all they got to resort to is brutality or to shoot you becase after 1 minute of work they are exhausted as hell they will shoot you and put that back up gun in your hand. It is obvious that the police are the enemy of the people they are all armed and retarded and overplay they will do any thing to keep thir job even kill you police armed and retarded

  • @KYKIN44 Awesome keep the stereotypes coming.

  • did anyone notice whites turned into a minority in this scene?

  • incorrect... after you have asked to see an attorney the police has no right to continue asking. do not ask to remain silent ask for n attorney... once that has been said any thing you say cannot be used in court

  • @strieder11 No, that's incorrect. After an arrest takes place, once they've read you your Miranda rights, whether or not you state that you will remain silent, they can question you all they want, AND use what you say in court. The reading of the Miranda rights protects them from what you just said. The only time they cannot continue to ask questions if if they do not read you the miranda rights after they arrest you.

  • @donphonica timeee out i said they can use what you say if you remain silent because then you clearly choose to talk... it's when you ask for n attorney they cant continue questioning

  • Comment removed

  • Would this work in the UK?

  • Lol like everyone in the crowd is black

  • On seeing the subjects in the video, I'd be pretty embarassed to be sitting in that room and having that talk aimed at me.

  • What is he talking about if you ask to see a lawyer no cop can question you period. When he responded to the one officer that he wanted a lawyer the other can no longer ask him questions. When they get to the station no officer there can ask him questions. When you exercise that right they can no longer question you till your lawyer is present

  • cops really hate it when you exercise your rights

  • I wish i knew this, i was forced into a false confession. they didn't charge me and they're still trying to get charges against me. no lawyer will defend me because i was not charged or arrested...

i don't know what to do... i called every lawyer and attorney in the phonebook...

  • ha ha i thought he wanted me to say "legal condom" with him lol

  • LEGAL CONDOMS PREVENT THE SPREAD OF FASCIST STDS!

  • Shoot the pig in the face and *then* politely ask to speak with an attorney.

  • fuck the legal condom. ima shoot blanks at da cops face.

  • again, don't dress like a loser and don't roll around in a lowrider and you might just escape ever getting into that conversation.

  • @chemicalsweet13 so how are people suposed to dress? and what kind of vehicles are they suposed to drive?

  • @Th3Ch3m157 That seems obvious but I’ll give you a pointer just the same. Look around at some people you feel are successful, contributing members of the community and society at large and then dress like them. If you can't afford to dress like them then start by at least wearing clothes that fit you. That's a great start. You'll probably still be harassed by the cops once in a while because that’s all cops do but i promise you it will happen with far less frequency. Good luck!

  • @chemicalsweet13 sooo basically not allowed to be in liesure wear? should i start wearing overalls, w/ a hardhat walk around w/ a toolbox in one hand and blueprints in the other? or wear a suit and tie everywhere i go? how comfy would it be at the beach wearing a suit and tie? or overalls? and what IS your deffinition of a "contributing member of society"?

  • @Th3Ch3m157 Oh well, if by “leisure wear” you’re referring the “gangsta wear” then no I would definitely not recommend wearing it. I’ll bet if you’re willing to be honest with yourself you’ll admit that your far more likely to be harassed by police when you wear pants that are ten times too big etc. All your ‘fubu’ and ‘roca wear’ serves to do is indicate to an aspiring captain that you’re a damned ruffian looking for trouble and they will be more than happy to oblige.
