  • @JawharahS2 you probably wouldnt have to use as much hairspray as me with thick hair..... lucky! :)

  • Your hair looked so thin at the begining of the video, but it looked thicker as you said at the end! That was amazing! Thank you :)

  • What's the secret to making natural wave curls last longer? I have super thick hair and a LOT of it If I do natural waves, they will probably fall out by two hours :(

  • how do you make your hair grow back? like i feel the front top are a lot thinnger on the left?

  • Super cute!

  • start from 2:20 enjoy ..

  • I have extremely think and wavy/curly hair.. I think I'd skip the last two parts and it'd look the same on me. But it looks so gorgeous on you Carah. :3

  • Love this, looks gorgeous on you

  • wich it was a heatless tutorial.. :)

  • My hair is very fine and tends to not hold curls long at all without using so much hair spray that it's super sticky and stiff... Any suggestions on how to make them stay longer with less spray? Also, my curls tend to look somewhat frizzy... What to do?

  • at the start before the tutorial i was like omg she looks so much more younger! this looks great on you. my hair looks a lot like vanessa hudgen's but i would swap it any day for your looks! :P

  • How long Do the waves stay in your hair?

  • i have the big sexy hair shampoo and conditioner n i've never seen healthy sexy hair but i've seen the big sexy hair hairspray

btw can you make a youtube video showing your daughter :)

  • Your hair looks great like this!

  • This hairstyle looks great on you! My hair is naturally wavy so my hair looks like this all the time, except there's always the ends that have to be adjusted so they don't flip outwards like crazy! Good tutorial!

  • I loooove your hair! You're so beautiful and so is your daughter!! (: I wish I had hair like that........ My hair is Naturally curly and right after I get out of the shower my hair curls and my bangs fizz up. I HATE IT! But I have a straightener (:

  • I don't know why but everytime I read your name, I automatically say caramel.. hahaha..

    Love u tho ^__^

  • my hair has been thinning too lately- im going to try this

  • I'm going to try this! Thanks for the tutorial :)

  • Advice for girls with tight ringlet natural curls- use the clip type, it helps to drag and pull out the natural curl to smooth it out for more of a wave.

  • my hair thinned out and hasn't gotten any thicker since I had my baby almost 5 years ago!

  • So beautiful!! A lot of hairspray though hmmm

  • What kind of curling wand were you using?

  • @MACPeachyKeen1 its the brand ferenheit. i got it from beautychoice like a year ago.

  • nice video!! :) You look really pretty with curly hair! :)

  • wow this looks so great on you :) really pretty!

  • haha i HATE it when i see girls with naturally gorgeous hair like this!

  • @livelovelaughJCK lol well did you see my hair BEFORE i styled it?? not so cute..... lol

  • This is very helpful! Thanks Carah :D

  • spray away sister!! =p

  • Or perhaps just have the cutting videos on your carahamelie web site? I'm on that like everyday. lol..

  • Girl, I LOVE YOU!! I start cosmetology school in a few days and your tutorials, on styling, are right on point and exactly what girls want. Also, do you know of any good continuing ed hair cutting and styling videos that I would be able to watch. Or have you thought of doing a professional line for us stylist to watch you cut hair? Just wondering.

  • any good Texure Spray from the drugstore ??

  • My hair is super fine and soft, which tends to not hold curls (like they go flat in two hours or less). Any suggestions, other than using just hairspray?

    :)

  • @llevert517 if you haven't tried this already, when you curl your hair, hold the curl in your hand for 10 seconds or so, then pin it to your head with a bobby pin. do this until all your hair is pinned up. it does take longer, but i've found with my hair the curls last for 3 days! before this they'd fall after half a day or so. it might be worth a try!x

  • @llevert517 i have the same problem and i've tried so many different kinds of hairsprays. I actually tease my hair (like a lot, i look crazy) and than i curl it idk why but it works for me and my curls last alll night...hope that helps. just make sure when you tease it to leave the very top layers of your head unteased so you can cover your roots/crown

  • So glad that you showed us how to do this! I love this look, Thanks Carah!

  • my hair is way thinner than yours. i shall try this out!!

  • Looks really nice... not so natural with all that hairspray though LOL the lightly backcombing won't damage yur hair but all that hairspray will

I've always had thick hair but when I got pregnant I started to loose a lot of hair n ppl told me my hair was gonna get thinner n it did once I gave birth... but I took some vitamins that worked really well, they r specially for the hair, nails n skin n my hair started getting thick again n it grows like super fast n my nails too :)

  • Great video:-) xoxo M.

  • i have the fekkai sheer hold spray and the aquage finishing spray. would the aquage finishing spray be equivalent to the big sexy hairspray, and the fekkai sheer hold be similar to the healthy sexy soy touchable hairspray?

  • @jchai20 im not sure i havent tried them

  • Beautiful, beautiful waves! So pretty! Too bad my hair doesn't hold a curl whatsoever. :/ Yet, my hair is naturally wavy/curly, and will hold that!

  • i LOVE this look! i definitely want to try it. Can you explain the the purposes of different hair styling products like different hair sprays in a video in the future (or in the comments) lol

  • @jchai20 the lighter hold one is good because it doesnt make your hair hard and crunchy so you can still run your fingers through it and style it.... yet it gives the heat something to hold on to to make them stay better. the red bottle is more of a hard hold to keep it in plavce all day!

  • beautiful!

  • Love this <3

I think you should cut straight bangs again :)

  • pretty!!!!!!

  • Gorgeous! Love it!

  • BEAUTIFULL

  • @baybeedeelove there is no way to repair split ends unless you cut them off.. /:

  • @ajduncan99 try amazon

  • @ajduncan99 online not sure. They're available at drug- stores though. I saw it earlier today at Walgreens (:

  • ?do you plan on cutting straight bangs again?

  • @MissBeautyGal im really considering it! but i dont know

  • @carahamelie03 i actually am REALLY liking them grown out

  • @carahamelie03 Don't cut them, this suits your face shape better ! :D

  • @carahamelie03 The bangs looked nice, but I really like them grown out! Your face is too pretty to cover up :)

  • My hair naturally looks this way (:

  • luv the hair ..but do you use a heat protection?

  • @thebigstar1 sometimes yes and sometimes no. lol.. i know its bad not to.. but its one of those things that i preach but dont always practice. >_<

  • Is your hair crunchy because of all the hair products you put in your hair? What hair spray is a good one for it to not feel crunchy? Looks beautiful! I always get very voluminous hair when i use those curling irons.

  • oh yay! i've missed you! :)

  • amazing !! thanks so much carah (: i love it!

  • won't all that hairsray weigh the hair down and make it fall a lot?

  • @orangebabeee it never does with mine... thats why i LOVE the big sexy hairspray... its amazing

  • i am so happy you made this video im in cosmetology school and a month ago had a guest with thin hair who wanted a beachy wave and sadly it came out like ringlets but now i know how to do it next time, im so excited thankyou so much

  • Finally a tutorial that works well with thin hair!!! BEAUTIFUL! <3 :)))

  • @thereisabetterWay323 my hair is super thin... so whatever tutorials i do.. will work well with yours probably. :)

  • @carahamelie03 Thank you Carah. :) I hope your baby is doing wonderful!

  • LOL your hair sprayin face when you scrunch your nose, for some reason it always makes me laugh

  • My aunt had the same problem with thinning after her children and mane 'n tail shampoo and conditioner saved it. it will really thicken your hair and its really inexpensive, hope it works

  • I haven't tried this myself bcs I don twant anymore hair than what I already have lol but I have heard that Biotin (sp?) really helps thicken up your hair and even makes your nails stronger and stuff. Maybe you could look into it. I also heard it's okay to continue taking prenatals after you've had the baby. Just something to look into.

  • @bpuckett3 im using both right now... im hoping it starts working!! thanks!

  • you look nice in that color shirt :)

  • this is fantastic! i def need to try that touchable hair spray!

  • i love ittt !! (:

  • I've really missed your tutorials! I hope your baby & family are doing well<3

  • whats alex lee's fb password?

  • Cute! I have thin hair so I need to try this!

  • i love this tutorial...a lot of people try 2make the curls look natural...and u suceeded :)

  • I have THE most thick hair on the planet! I love to have a wavy textureness in it but the curls fall out every second!

  • do you think there would be a way to get waves like this without using heat?

  • @PBnJ55 Braids! Braid your hair wet at night and your hair should be wavy by morning. Just remember to hairspray your hair in the morning so the waves don't fall out.

  • @gogoboots26 thank youu!! and just...like normal french braids would work??

  • @PBnJ55 if your hair is thick... if its too thin it will look crimped.

  • @carahamelie03 ohh ok..thanks :)

  • @PBnJ55 Yeah! Two french braid pig tails would definitely work and it's so much quicker in the morning!

  • @gogoboots26 thanks againn :)

  • @PBnJ55 Try putting a texturizing product into your hair when it's wet, and then let it dry in a high bun. When you let it loose, it should give you waves, and then you can style your bangs if you have them. :) I hope this helps.

  • @thereisabetterWay323 Great idea!

  • @PBnJ55 just braid your hair wet/damp

  • @jola3401 thankss

  • @PBnJ55 You can try Bubzbeauty's video, "Non-heat Deep Waves", which gave similar results on my hair when I tried it. The waves were less defined though...and I think you will need to tie the hair up higher using Bubz's method to get what Cara has on this video.

I love Cara's hair here! Hope I will find the time to try her method soon =)

  • @Kerianna alrighty thankss Ill take a look at that vid!

  • Love this. I did my hair like this the other day.

  • LOVE THIS! <3

  • where did you get the curling iron? thumbs up so she can see!!
