One thing i noticed, you take shallow breaths. Im in advanced choir and our teacher pounds this in our head: breath with your rib cage as in deep breaths moving your stomach instead of your shoulders. it helps a lot, gives me a lot of support!!! and thats how adele screwed her vocal chords: IMPROPER BREATHING. its just a bad habit that even i struggle with. but it will make you amazingly better than you already are. keep singing! you're amazing!
