Update -- My daughter died after being removed and placed in an unsafe home. We have no idea what happened to here, other than she died. We have no idea who she was around while being transported to our visits. This is the 4th child under 1 year of age that has died in CPS custody, which is more than have died in any family from which they've been removed, kidnapped and in my case killed. My daughter was taken by CPS in Travis County. Carol Morin, supervisor, wrote over a dozen lies in the affidavit in order to remove my daughter from our custody before she was even given a chance to come home from the hospital to her loving parents. I have many concerns about these people being predators, being that they have lied to the courts in order to get their way with the removal.
