@reconnumber77 firewire. I play in HD on my xbox but i change it to normal to cap. because i have splitters and stuff to rout the 3 cables to my tv AND my cap card. then capcard > firewire 400 but I have adapter that makes it 800

how do you export 16:9 ratio?

instead of exporting to quicktime, press quicktime conversion instead. then you have a bunch of options ... what quality video, sound, ratio, HD or not etc.

i have mac. i use final cut pro and adobe after effects. how do you capture? you get 3 female to double male splitters, a male to male 3x connector, and 2 normal cords, so you can have one side plugged in your TV and other in your comp. if you do it this way, it makes up for the latency on the computer.
