I'm wanting to do this but with a ext cab. I'm going to basically do the same thing but i'm going to build a frame from the front wheels back. I'm also going to run staggered wheels...maybe 20's and 22's. Your doing a good job...

@carcrusher420 I'm actually doing a frame off, 79 malibu right now tucking 20's and 22's laying frame. A rat'd out s-10 is my next project. Can we get some more info on the truck? Like, did you move the cab back...how much did you z the frame...is it a stock 4 link kit..?

@carcrusher420 Cool, anything that fits on a s-10 front end will fit on a g-body too. Both my upper tubular and lower control arms are s-10..steering box...some of the steering linkages...yada yada yada. Most of the s10 stuff was taken from the g body platform..

 Did you use heims or poly on your 3 link? I'm going getto fab and getting the heim'd link bars for tractors you can get at any farm store. Their cheap and easy to get but use a massive bolt...
