Does the Crazy Cats Wall Climbing System come with the drywall drillers shown in the video, or must we buy those seperate?

I have figured out my problem- a stud, even though it wasn't on the 16 inch stud mark. I used the screws made for studs on the problem areas, and the drywall driller on other sections. It worked out fine. The wall climbing system is up and sturdy and strong. The cats are enjoying it.

I was excited when my cat wall system arrived today. I am using the no stud method and so far I've broken the 3rd Drywall driller. The plastic breaks about halfway through. What am I doing wrong??
