Global warming is a scam on so many levels.
First off the earth just recently, in geologic time, finished an ice age. So yes the earth will warm, as the ice dissipates the warming cycle will speed up..
Secondly blaming carbon is non sense. Water Vapor is a stronger, greenhouse gas. So every time u take a shower u are doing more damage than when u drive.
Cars are now ULEV which means ULTRA LOW EMISSIONS VEHICLE... even SUVs put out less emissions than your average 1960s 6 cylinder engines.

Pelosi was forbidden by law from talking about anything she was told in the CIA briefings to the Intelligence Comittee.
She says she was never told about the fact that the CIA had already used torture techniques on KSM, and these tortures were used after the FBI had already extracted useful info from him by traditional non-torture interrogation methods. The CIA was ordered to do so by Cheney. They needed KSM to say that Saddam Hussein was involved in 9/11.

The prisoners in question are not covered by the Geneva Convention, Bush and now Obama would have loved it if they were, but they are not.
Enhanced interrogations are not made illegal by the Convention as it does not cover the water downed version of waterboarding that the Bush Admin did.
According to international law the Gitmo detainees can be held indefinetly and by choice the holding power can use domestic...

How are they not covered? There has been no tribunal to determine their status, so they are covered. Read it.

QCHitch, The Geneva accords speak very specifically about "illegal combatants", ie. those who fight without wearing the uniform of a nation. It specifically states the such fighters are not covered by what the accords state about the treatment of prisoners of war. Maybe you should read them, instead of believing what you are told about them. Fools believe everything they are told.
And global trust? What in the world is that? Maybe we lost the trust of a few pasifists, but that's it.

We have no definate definition of what is torture, so that arguement isn't really valid until we set up a definition of what is torture and what is not.
