  • this is good advice -proper hip rotation is key but if you just rotated the hips you would spin out-so therefore you need a slight lateral movement towards the target as shown and then rotation just like hogan.

  • There is no doubting the importance of weight transfer as a source of power however if i practised what you are advocating i would block the ball right every time i like to think more of my left hip coming around and behind me as the right hip comes through with lateral weight shift to the left side interested to hear what you think,thank you
