There different endings for the player in this game if they play it or act a certain way during the game, they end up with either: Love Lost, Hero Forever, Sleaze and Sirens, Wicked and Weak, Drunk Dad, UFO. If you get pictures of the 13 UFOs and call some number and do some other stuff, you'll end up with this joke ending. There's joke ending for each Silent Hill game, normally only accessible on the 2nd time playing.
