The problem with cops today is there is no independent force in which to punish cops or hold them accountable.

I am very familiar with several police organizations, Police cheifs, and Judges...Cops get in trouble almost only when caught on tape. However, even when they are caught falsifying police reports or lying on the stand they get a slap on the wrist. In some cases instead of being fired they are asked to resign that way they can work for another organization. Its Bad and you know it!
