Search warrant is irrelevant, this is an arrest and they had probably cause to enter the property to detain the suspect as he was clearly right there. Being detained it is perfectly constitutional for police to require suspect identifies themselves, that does not contradict the 5th amendment.

4th amendment is complied here as this guy DID violate the law by screaming obscene insults in public at police performing their duties. First amendment does not and has never covered obscenities in public.
Search warrant is irrelevant, this is an arrest and they had probably cause to enter the property to detain the suspect as he was clearly right there. Being detained it is perfectly constitutional for police to require suspect identifies themselves, that does not contradict the 5th amendment.
