what does it mean exactly by miniature....? do they really stay small?

some are born without tails or with a tail that is about 3 inches long when the dog is an adult, some have had tails docked

Their is no such thing as a miniature ACD and ACD's ARE SUPPOST TO HAVE TAILS! THEY ARE NOT SUPPOST TO BE DOCKED! DONT BREED IF YOU DONT EVEN KNOW THE BREED STANDARDS!
