  • give my vagina back

  • so you got laid?

  • I was expecting it to jump at the camera.

  • how did you make it tga files?

  • @iMakeMoviesForU I recorded a the footage with a DV camera and transferred it to my hard drive , then I exported it to a TGA image sequence .I tracked it using Voodoo and arranged the 3D elements in the scene and rendered out the different passes , after that I composited them to create the final shot.

  • @DreamingJapan how you exported it to a TGA image sequence?

  • @iMakeMoviesForU The tga file sequence was exported from my old editing software , at the time I was using Pinnacle Studio now I use LightWorks.

  • @DreamingJapan do you think sony vegas pro 10 would work for this? cuz i havent seen a function that lets me do it...

  • ?????????????????

  • creepy shit lol

    nice vid btw

  • hmm...some sort of pocket vagina? i like it... :D

  • Lol, that wasn't done with blender, he just got a toy octopus (of whatever that thing is) and put it on his bed.

  • @Top10ClansEU hahahaha nice one , blender for the win :D

  • Whatever it is, it sure does look like it's there. :D

  • i thought its real O.o

then when i noticed the shadow move as u moves .... xD

    wow

    great job

  • Wow , a few comments left since last I checked O_O

It has been about a year since I actually did this track , so the project files are sadly long gone >.< I have since moved on to using PFHoe Pro. It can be really difficult to get a steady track out of Voodoo and this was one of the few successful experiments I did, there is still some slide on this one though.

I will work on an article for my blog and let you guys know when its available , finishing off some compositing work at the moment .

  • Did you make the tracking motion in After effects or in Voodoo? I´m not able to import any blender objects to after effects, to Voodoo is possible? Please answer me, I´m helpless :-)

  • @stevenerer You should not import any objects to AE nither should you import any objects too voodoo. You will have to render out the animation(object or what ever). But befor you do that you need to track the clip so that you get a 3D camera that moves like the real camera. There are sometutorial out there I can't go in to the details here ;)

  • hey man can u make a tut plase and it would be cool if u made it jump at the camera

  • extremely steady track, post a video of your voodoo settings?

  • @PureT3x4n Agreed.

  • for this you used VOODOO

I have made several attempts with Voodoo but cant get it to track well. the objects i add look like they are fidgeting a bit. that must mean the track was not so good. also the fidget is hardly visible in the voodoo screen but very visible after render.

how do you get a really good track like this? whats your trick? is there a tutorial?

  • the only thing that doesn't look Quite right is the lighting. otherwise, i wouldn't have been able to tell what the model was.

  • nice work

  • @madhur15singh Thanks dude :)

  • it would be better if it was moving, nice though

  • almost looks real. Like a plastic model

  • facehugger?

  • @ThePocoamisto More squid-like

  • Nice tracking, VERY solid

  • looking really good.

  • It looked at chuck norris.

  • Awesome! I actually have quite a trouble making myself believe that it's fake. =P

  • nice work dude do you know of any good tutorials for voodoo?

  • really well done, if that creature was waving the tentacles around it would be amazing!

  • Thanks , I really should get to texturing and rigging this one of these days. :P

  • @DreamingJapan so you can rig and animate in blender?just like in 3dsmax?!?!

  • @WasGehtApp You surely can , Blender is for the most part a fully featured package , they are still finalizing features for the next release and working on the bugs. All things considered it is an amazing application and has changed tremendously since I first used it many years ago.

  • how to make the items get behind some real object?? to make an object blocked by some other real object...

    please undestand and reply!!!

  • beautifully tracked.... a tweaking with the lights in 3d can make it look much better.. since source of light is the window only... but overall nice tracking

  • Thanks for the feedback , I recently upgraded from voodoo to PFHoe 2.1Pro , doing a project with the students which promises to be intense.I'll post it as soon as I have the go ahead from the academy president ^_^

  • It is foolish.

  • hehehe perhaps you don't understand the point of the video.

  • very cool!

  • I'm a little too curious for my own good as usual ;)

  • I would run away if something like this is in my bed 0.o

  • Very nice
