The island wouldn't let him die until he completed one final task. He completed the task so Jack's father told Michael he could go meaning the island would let him die now. Michael is dead but Jin might still be alive.
No way in hell Michael survived, the C4 exploded in his face. Christian said "You can go now" meaning he's attempted suicide so many times and NOW the island will let him die because he finished his job.
but.. if you look closely, jin ran to the very edge of the boat. and when BAM, you can see the edge of the boat where he was standing didn't get blown up quite as much
you could edit the title so you wont get [posts like that.
