Ewe he makes this palette seem like crap. I have this palette & believe me it is BOMB! Just use primer!

They're not that pigmented because it appears he didnt use a primer. You can't expect good pigment out of your eyeshadows unless you use a good eye primer.

eyeshadow is called eyeshadow because its suppose to enhance the shadows around your eyes. not using primer makes it look more natural and doesnt give the eyes that tacky whore look that everybody on youtube seems to be doing

Zero pigmentation in these shadows, right??? Doesn't even look like he applied them on her at all... nice color combination idea, though.

@YamiNoPri its just tht he really blended them. i have this and im having a hard time make it seem less pigmented . especially the purple

I have totally done this look before with Urban Decay Book of Shadows Vol. III... it's more dramatic and pigmented than this tutorial and I got a ton of compliments.
