this was ok, but there were a lot of people just standing around idly. my local theater did this, and we made the whole thing a dance number. i'm not trying to be mean, but it wasn't as great to watch.
Omigod, we did this show too at my local theatre. =] It was so muchh funn, and I looked this up while I was mourning the death of rehearsal season, lol. Nice job! They cut Violet out of our show, cuz we're the young company. =P But when he says "On your left, Waverly Place." Isn't it right? Justt thinkkkinggg
Lack of energy...:D it happens in high school performances! But it sounds really good! :D (and honestly I think that your pit is better than ours!) I also think that the Rumba lesson joke flew over the cast and audiences heads!
we're doing this musical too, and its weird cuz our school is BHS tpoo. Bangor High School in PA. One thing though, we're a lot better than this. The tour guide messed up about 13 times, and everyone looked like they forgot allll the moves and were just be spontaneous (sp?)

Our school is doing this production this year. I am Helen. This, so far, has been one of our best performances to date, even toppling Cinderella.
Our Ruth is so much like the character, its scary.
