  • istanbul simply means eis thn polh ...which means in the City, Constantine's City obviously !Turks have nothing to do with it! Arabs listening to Greeks just call the City istanbul...not capable to discern the 3 distinct words composing the word istanbul... and thegreenpastures please don't say nonsense...you are not europeans and you definitely not romans or greeks...you would like to but...sorry
