How do you replace the battery

The guitar came with seymour duncans, so there is no cavity to put the battery whose active pick ups need. So, where do you put the battery?

yap - just yesterday i pluged it to my peavey bandit 112 - it sounded great with it. its pretty quite with high gain settings
