If you want to see great wresting at the high school level look no further than the great state of Maryland. In fact Maryland used to host the Ncaa wrestling championship and coaches like Gable and Bobby Douglas would give clinics to high school wrestlers from Maryland. Nationally, Maryland wrestlers kill at all the top tournaments.

to see what states are "the best" at wrestling, you would obviously have to look at the talent produced. AKA, high school.

i'm not going to look up results from Senior Nationals and national tournaments, but I will go with my opinion (as that's the only way to reply to this question).

PA and OH are probably the top 2 wrestling states. NJ and MI are probably close behind, with IA and others not far behind. Michigan has improved greatly the past decade, and is closing the gap on their neighbors to the south.

So, to answer your question, Michigan is a very solid state at wrestling.

I was a state champ and i did the binge and cut thing for years. It's kinda stupid that i never truly maintaned my weight by eating right and working hard in your room and running after practices.

Just eat in small portions and food that you know is good for you
