@studentjames03 Its definetly much tighter and stronger, i do see alot of results, mainly in the UPPER abs, because of course thats where it starts, the lower part is very hard and so i am just going to keep at it, but also the 1 key for abs is your diet, so i am working harder to bemore strict on my diet, but def, see results yes, id say like a mini 2 pack in the upper abs, u can see it a little bit, and you can really see if if i lay down and sit up ya kno?

Whoever said you won't see results in five days is wrong. Your stomach will look better even just the next day. But a legitimate six pack takes about 3 months of doing this twice a week... which is only 30 min out of a week.
