  • @hedsfuaw15 you should be fine if you do it everyday but if you are out of shape and your muscles are not you to use to it you could pull something, if you are in relatively good shape you will be fine.. i do this video everyday in the morning and then i rotate the other videos to do in the evening

  • @studentjames03 Its definetly much tighter and stronger, i do see alot of results, mainly in the UPPER abs, because of course thats where it starts, the lower part is very hard and so i am just going to keep at it, but also the 1 key for abs is your diet, so i am working harder to bemore strict on my diet, but def, see results yes, id say like a mini 2 pack in the upper abs, u can see it a little bit, and you can really see if if i lay down and sit up ya kno?

  • Whoever said you won't see results in five days is wrong. Your stomach will look better even just the next day. But a legitimate six pack takes about 3 months of doing this twice a week... which is only 30 min out of a week.

  • Im on week 4, doing it 3 times week( Every Other Day). I feel my stomach is stronger, but i am not quite seeing results quite yet, I mean abs is hard to acheive. I think I wont see results until about the second month or so, it takes time, keep going everyone. :)

  • @sunnyhgws  I can do this, even on my first day, prob because i have done other beachbody programs and lost like 37lbs. So my core is pretty strong, but i want it to be VISABLE, trying to be better with my diet, but i am on week 2, friday!! Be back Monday for week 3, How long til u seen results?

  • @hootyoot  Your doing nothing wrong(unless your doing it everyday) some people just take longer to show. like myself ive only did it a week every other day i already have a 6 pack. just stick to doing this every other day(not everyday) and youll see results soon
