There are some singers/groups that use it to enhance the song and add the effect but then you have singers that might be a few "cents" sharp or flat and it is used to get the pitch to the right semitone. Around the 40 sec. mark you can hear the reverb come in but it is still AutoTuned like crazy.

Candace's voice in the swedish version is NOT that good at singing. And dr. doofenschmidt has a better voice in the swedish version, cause it doesnt even sound like german in the american. And on more lol thing, the swedish Phineas voice is in the puberty, LOL!
