man i love games bt i rekon im the only armored core fan who didnt like for answer. i just couldnt deal with the difficulty ov the controls very well. tho the game was well challenging and exciting to play, the controls buggered that for me. to much to handle all at once. although... the adaptive armour technique was fun :P

no, it's more like barrage your opponent with bullets, lazers, and missles while boosting in the air at a few thousand miles per hour. but melee users tend to do the quickshot thing, since you can't bombard with melee.
My mech is kinda like yours. I like the melee style. I got the moonlight blades, and the light weight armor special for melee. But hey, what kind of boosters do you got equipped? I like your quick bursts and speed.
Not to knock on anyones style but I really dont find balding fun unless you have some kind of range weapons. On a final note though, missile arms are not the best examples of what missiles could do in AC4. AS Missiles had terrible tracking and their speed wasn't all that great either.
lmao...id never lose to a blader with my missiler...i went though the eniter list of SIMs in under 10 mins with him...average battle time...12 seconds...my lowest was 8 seconds...my longest was 21 seconds...was almost a disappointment...i was expecting more of a challenge...

Maybe in Armored Core For Answer, but missiles got beefed up then too. In AC4, bladers were fairly weak. "Blade Only" matches existed way more back then for a reason. In AC4 days there weer very few people that could HIT a gunner with a blade, let alone kill someone with just blades. If the blader had flares then sure, it will stop the missiles for a time, but unless you use the shoulder glitch it won't help, and the blader will still have to hit their target unless it has more AP to stat with.
if you side qb then foward qb at the proper time air shots will hit the floor behide you anyways. even tho mussleshells are a tricky fish tho and require a bit more thought they are also a double edged blade for the person shooting it due to the long firing time. the high accuracy shots would be more annoying if they were faster. i still feel like i outspeed em in 1.3 reg. i donno man in the new armored cores missles got the shaft. i dont even use em and i feel this way. btw im NOT a blader.
Not played the previous ones but AC4 kicks ass. Though an accurate sniper cannon would have been better than what we get instead, but Im splitting hairs
with melee attacks you have to get close to hit them wicth means you be able to kill them. but you have to be moveing a lot not to get hit by a any missils. but i love melee attacks because you have no bultes to waste.
melee vs missile is interesting because if you are at a distance your done for but if you can get in close your enemy can't get a lock so its a pretty even fight
I think they made too many changes in armored core 4. some needed to be done but others just make it feel not armored core anymore,like the force field, and tanks that can break the sound barrier.

use the generator for heavy weight ac's and fix it up with weapons that wont reach past the ideal (orange bar) limit it should fix your problem.
