@wphilly67 did you not see him against cotto or diego corrales? especially diego corrales! he was pretty much the aggressor and made corrales' nose bleed in the first round. i just think he has a phobia of getting knocked down or something. he got so mad when he was knocked down against cotto and started throwing a fit in the corner. which could explain the constant defense. he's probably not confident to try and match pac's punching power. if he did exchange it wouldn't be pretty for clottey.

@wphilly67 Are you silly? Manny does not have good defense. Look at his face after the Clottey fight. Then look at his face after fights with Cotto and Margarito. Clottey busted him up and did the most damage. Manny got the worst end of that fight.

@philw82 hatton, cotto, and clottey should not be in that group. hatton and cotto actually used movement. and clottey didn't just come straight forward, well, he barely moved anywhere at all to be quite frank. but i'm know for damn sure that hatton and cotto had footwork and movement. it's just that pacquiao is so much more skilled than them that he made them look bad. and i can also say that floyd wouldn't look as good against a guy who is as masterful in offense as pac so what's your point?

@HaComet all of a sudden, really? Dude, he was ripped from the start, he just added more weight, thats what boxers do. He works out more then the average man, so to gain weight, he has to eat like a horse. It's not steriods, you could tell if he was on them. His head would be the size of a building, his arms would be more ripped then that. Dude has speed, power, great movment. Mannys a sweet guy, steriods make you fuckin insane, so I doubt the man is messing around with drugs.

Manny's been compared to Dempsey, Sugar Ray, Ali, and other fighters with diverse styles. Just goes to show how complete a fighter he is.

Although Pacquiao has a more complete arsenal, his straight-left/left-hook seems to be the most devestating weapon in his repertoire. It seems to hurt his opponents in ways that prevent them from fully recovering.
