Doesn't seem to matter what I do.. my gray will not let me touch her head. She won't even take a treat if I try to scratch her head. I don't know how to make a progress with her. Any sugestions?

He was receiving safflower seeds. He also likes almond bits and a treat for birds called "yogurt dips"
