well now that downloading content for video games right off of the console is so much popular and easier now, they probably won't need to make another mgs4, the main reason for subsistence was for the original online right? and substance was for a few extras as well, if you've played mgs4 online, you'll notice that the expansions can be downloaded right from your ps3, so any updates or new stuff will proly just have tobe downloaded, a new mgs4 in the future is possible, but its kojimas last game

wow i have to say. i have bought the psp so i could play acid and acid 2 and the ps3 so i could play 4. i own all of the games including the ones for the msx (on an emulater) this looks like a last ditch effort to milk the franchise for all it's worth. this is really shoddy and looks like it was made from the same engines that the first doom used. thanks konami & thanks steve jobs...... but i think ill pass.

Sure, for an iPhone game it deserves credit. But for Metal Gear Solid game... This is blasphemy. It demotes the greatness of the real game, in my opinion. I would have understood a standalone game, but the actual MGS4 ported to the iPhone? I think that dishonors the game. MGS4 should be played exactly how it is on the PS3, not a rail shooter with that brilliant story chopped up.

Being a die-hard MGS fan from the days of even NES, I get your concern--but its actually a hell of a lot of fun to play. The animation is great, the controls are buttery, and the sounds are directly out of the game. Don't knock it until you try it.
