@dallenandchelby Jamey isn't the only teenager she has noticed. There has been other children with cancer, cerebral palsy, etc. that she has met with. She met a young girl with cerebral palsy, and the little girl told her, "I like your shoes." and Gaga gave them to her. The shoes off her feet! The Make A Dream foundation made it possible for a boy to go to one of her concerts, and Gaga made it so that he went backstage with her.

You need to keep the public's attention and on your side and what better way to do that than to do kind deeds such as the ones you listed AND get photographed doing it. The majority of the other videos of her performing good deeds are mostly homemade films, that her friends end up doing. I don't think that her actions are attention seeking, I just think that it's theater performance. She's a theatrical artist.

@dallenandchelby gaga does not just do publicity stunts. i know personally of people who she contacted because she learned that they were having suicidal thoughts. she has saved the lives of some of my friends who reached out for help and she took their hand. it is heartbreaking that she didn't see jamie's tweets so she couldn't also help him, but she gets tweeted thousands of times a day. it's just not possible to see all of them.
