  • We catholic should all pray 4 our priest, Satan is always around to attact the pple of God. They're still human like us and feeling like us, that's why we should pray 4 them, so they can be faithfull and be strong, to spread the good news to the world. We don't the priest the falls into temptation only God, we're no prefect, we all sinners, only jesus was pure clean heart.

  • Friends, instead of writing page after page of vitriolic Orthodox vs Catholic, can we just be thankful to see christian brethren worshipping peacfully?! What sort of example does that show to the world when we tear at each other? Let's sit back, enjoy the video pcjunkie85 was kind enough to post and be thankful.

From a Catholic who has no problems attending Roman Catholic, Eatern Catholic and Orthodox churches. I love them all.

  • Orthodox rocks!! catholics in ker are confused whether to turn east or west..first take a decision on that.

  • fuck you cathos, orthodox is the way!

  • @kurianchandy Your limited schismatic Church is NOT universal 1 billion Roman Catholics .

I agree orthodox is the way..The way to confusion

  • beautiful church...keep up the FAITH!!!

  • scribd (dot) com/nb812

  • scribd (dot) com/nb812

  • i heard that indian catholics are persecuted over there...God bless you and protect you

  • WOW..beautiful! I love to see how the Catholic mass is celebrated through other cultures of the world. I love how they intertwined Indian style singing.

  • ANATHEMA!

  • God bless all Christians of India Jai Hind !!!!

  • Haunting singing.

  • beautiful images!... very mistical music!

may God bless my dear indian christian brothers and sisters!

  • This is St Thomas's catholic church in Kerala, India ????, the most important sanctuary of the Catholic Church Siro-Malabar in the India ??

  • @luisdiego29

No this is a latin church at fort cochin, kerala

  • @02kazak There is a book called "The East in flames," about the life of San Francisco Javier, and will book it says that in this church Francisco spent several days in prayer.

  • This is St Thomas's original church. All the anti Catholic conspiracy theorists should go learn something before they start spouting garbage. This is beautiful. Yeshu is my Satguru.

  • I agree w/ you..

  • Catholicos

  • Is this a roman east syriac or west syriac mass?

  • There are many Spirits

But there is Only One Holy Spirit.

There are Many Nations, Many Languages, Many Races

But One Holy Catholic Church for All

  • @micreddy There are also many rites within the universal Catholic church, of which the Roman rite is only one, and each has its own liturgy and discipline. 19 out of 22 rites ordain married men to the clergy, and all are in communion with the Pope in Rome.

  • Catholic faith is universal and pure.

  • @hetismij21 Too bad we cannot say the same thing about some of the priests and bishops. Especially the pedophile-shuffling bishops.

  • @mindspring57 You will find in any religions filthy people who work against God. They shall be punished. However over the centuries the church has had good and bad leaders. You cannot expect people to be as good and loving as God himself. But we can expect our leaders to protect the parishioners and children and to purify the church by taking proper actions. This mass is pure, the ceremony is pure. Those pedophiles aren't and also impure are those media thugs who have criminalized the church.

  • I was trying to respond to that rude sebreathnach guy, I haven't a clue why it goes to normal comments sorry!

  • I am here dantyba...at your service...And I should tell you I love Bollywood and I don't like Roman liturgy or virtually anything about Julius Caesar or those awful Romans...

  • mo chara you an asshole a very big one at that

  • Yes, bro: and it's 'A Chara', not 'mo chara'. Did they never teach you a little pagan Gaelic in the seminary on Craggy Island, bro!!!

  • well in belfast were i be its mo chara

    thank you please

  • I am Catholic and half Indian, so I appreciate this very much. My mother is from Calcutta.

  • That's really interesting! I appreciate seeing the culture expressed in the church. It shows just how universal our church is.

  • Culture isn't universal, as I know it: the only thing universal about the RCC, if you listen to El Papa, is power: the messianic power of Caesar over his conquered people. If you don't believe me, why not read Francesco Carotta or Joseph Atwill... There was not Jesus, only a Papal comic book about him!

  • confession: I was an alterboy in the company of some very fine and often intoxicated non-authoritarian Irish priests.... well, myself and a alterboy collegue one day took a unopened bag of unconsecrated hosts: only simply for an innocent "snack" (just like potato chips), that is all.... (these hosts were not consecrated).... just something funny in goodwill to all humanity that I should pass along.... never take religion too seriously.... be safe and sane and always avoid being a "martyr"!!

  • Good advice, but the missionaries have done their worst! It should be the law that whereever a bible is sold, a copy of Francesco Carotta and Joe Atwill's Caesar's Messiah should also be sold! That might cure the myth-makers and war-mongers!

  • Audinos: I wait to know when you count the number of Jesuit Universities in India, bro; so please stop praying, scraping , bowing and loving God: just count how many Jesuit Unviersities in India, then we know if my statements be crass , as you say... or whether you hide holy truth from foolishly believing peoples, bro....

  • Audinos : why you no answer simple question. How many Jesuit Universities in India? How many , bro.... no be ashamed at how successful imperialist church is.... just tell people truth, so they can understand when pope divide your people like Korea, Vietnam and East Timor...

  • I'll be very honest with you, we Vietnamese would have divided ourselves anyways, just like you have divided yourself from the sane and logical. Diversity and harmony makes great music; we can deal with our own problems and we certainly don't need some crazy English dude with too much time and not enough friends to try to divide and antagonize neighbors.

  • Sure , the Vietneamese people would divide like the spreading of the Red Sea; they would have put in Christo-American Diem by the grace of God, the monks would burn themselves for fun, and then they would pay the Americans for blasting them to Heaven. But bro, the Koreans happened to do the same, the Jugoslavians, the Irish... anywhere the Roman Church got a hold! Curious!

  • I thought the singing and the church were lovely. I was glad to have a chance to see this.

  • Every relaiton with India is a Jesuit penetration. The RC church has not yet divided India, as it has everywhere else in the world. But the Jesuits are working hard at it. As a Westerner, I find it sad, to have old Indian beliefs replaced with ridiculous Roman ones! It is such an act of cultural and colonial vandalism!

  • Oh, any video about Catholics would not be complete without a hatemongering, Anti-Catholic, racist bigot showing his face.

  • Don't you know that there are Jesuits hiding behind every bush! Freemasons too! Never mind that India has had a Christian (Catholic) presence since the Apostle Thomas first arrived.

  • How many Jesuit universities there now? Have you counted? Brahmans get out of the way!.. El Papa cometh...

  • Hi Gurrier, if you do not turn the other cheek, I understand... I expect a roaring Roman in Japan to be a bit shell-shocked...! But Hiroshima and Nagasaki was the work of the Christian US, especially after their 1939 deal with Cardinal... what's hi s name/ Ah! yes; cardinal Paceili...From one Hirotito to another...

  • Where do you uneducated fools come from?

  • I come from country that send jesuits, redemptorists, franciscans and dominicans to teach your country (and you) how to think ... why? where ou theenk roman katolicoes come from? De no come from India or Pakistan hehehe! or Japan! hehehe! or Vietnam hehehe! or North Korea hehehe!

  • Firstly, what is my country? You don't know me. Secondly, most of the Catholic priests in my area are from Nigeria, Vietnam, and India (and none are Jesuits). Thirdly, I have studied religions and philosophies from all over the world and have come to believe that the Catholic Church contains the fullness of God's revealed truth. Nobody told me what to think. Fourthly, the Society of Jesus is far too fragmented along ideological lines to be as monolithic as you seem to think they are.

  • What? ou study 'religions and philosophies from all over the world' and make sentence like: "Where do you uneducated fools come from?' Tell me what phisosophy, bro? Where you study? I like to theenk up such wonderful rapartee: "Where to you uneducated fools come from?" You piresteen all rigith, even if you hide behind bell-collection...

  • I understand if English is not your first language, since I have no idea what "piresteen all rigith" means (Irish?), but your crass statements about Jesuits and their plotting carries all the academic weight of Jack Chick. Bro. Hehehe.

  • 'Priesteen' Gaelic word for fairy from Rome... Priesteens kill all pagans in my country and papacy, who first recieve all land free to build in privilege, betray pagan chiefs and kill culture. See 2.b. irish-criminology dot com.. Now, jesuits own all universities, no one speak Gaelic, only Latin, Polish and English... Gaelic culture dead as Mammoth,bro...

  • this is the holy communion part of qurbana , i think it is a syro-malabar church

  • SO AWESOME! GOD BLESS the Indian Church.

  • Is this Syro Malabar?

  • Prosper Indian Catholics!

  • there are in fact seven rites of the catholic church in communion with rome. the latin or roman rite is the common one that the pope is the head of. Now days mass can be done in the vinaculer language of the people, Though I myself like the old pre 1960s mass better which is entirely in latin.

  • God Bless! Indian Christians!

  • There are actually over 20 rites in communion with Rome, but the Roman (Latin) is the largest. For every Orthodox church (except Nextorian), there is a Catholic counterpart which acknowledges Pope Benedict XVI as its head.

  • well yea but they fall under the seven main branches, The nextoran? do you mean the nesteran, that were declared outside of the church very early on? like the gnostics?

  • Yeah, I saw the "x" after it was too late to edit it. I was referring to the Assyrian Church of the East, which is often called the Nestorian Church.

  • O ok

  • Correction, there are over 20 Sui Juris Churches but not actually so many Rites. Many Churches belong to the same rite but are allowed to be separate Sui Juris Churches for any number of reasons. In India, besides the Latin Rite, there is the Chaldean Rite and the Syrian Rite. Syro-Malabar are of the Chaldean Rite while the Syro-Malankara are of the Syrian Rite.

  • Catholic Church Bollywood Version lol

  • I'd like to see a bit more of the mass.

  • Qurbana

  • Wish to see the full length mass. Can somebody post the mass in all the three rites.
