  • sexy smile.

  • natasha, thanks for the practical tips. good suggestions.

  • you talk so much, i thought you were gonna show recipes to make the meals fuller...blahhh

  • Oh hai! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy lost tons of weight with it.

  • I think I would be very successful on a raw food diet .... I ALWAYS feel ill after eating hot and cooked foods. Never made sense too me till I found your channel! I always thought something was wrong with my stomach or my digestive track. One of my favorite things is hummus w/ olives and veggies. I found that when I eat that or salads I feel soooo much better. My weakness is cheese. Love the stuff! but I use it in moderation ... not raw yet but Im hoping too get a juicer .. I know that will help

  • just wanted to say yeah it is good video but the advice is only from the authors perspective and views, thats not to say its wrong but just there "are more things in heaven and earth horatio than what is dreamt up in your philosophy"

Proteins and fats are essential for many people and the ratio of certain proteins and fats is key .. sometimes not always eating more spirulina, nuts and seeds etc will do it- ratio and different types are needed

  • Metabolism one of the Key - its true this isnt very good good advice -Nuts and seeds dont really do it either for all people - i have tried all these ways of do this "its more minerals,or its more greens, seaweed, fruit, nuts, seeds " theres many reasons but it certainly aint "EATING A LARGER VOLUME"-its about whether the mind is content in balance so the craving doesnt come-many people can go long periods of time without food AS LONG as the MIND IS EFFORTLESSLY balanced and blood sugar is balanced

  • I'm sorry, but this is not very good advice. The plain fact is that certain people have fast metabolisms and certain people have slow metabolisms. Fast metabolisms are exceptional at digesting fats and proteins easily. Slow metabolisms must rely mostly on vegetables and fruits. Fast metabolism people must have higher protein intake to feel good no matter what. So eating nuts or seeds as a small addition to the main veggie meal is important or hemp and plenty of sprouts. They need more protein.

  • So true... I eat chicken and rice all the time. I decide to alter the ingredients. Brown rice instead of white. Add some flaxseeds. Remove half the chicken and replace with flavoured veggies.

I have to say its a lot more fun to try out random combinations and taste all these new foods where as before it was just rice and chicken. Boring.

  • i am too solving this "full" problem, and i am discovering what the actual problem is. it's the stomach shrinking. it's uncomfortable, so we slowly transition to a low-calorie foods.

  • It's not like it's raw food diet vs. eating meat. You can also eat meat raw.

  • I find the best way to stay full on a raw foods diet is to cook all the food - and eat lots of meat, fat, and starch all mixed together.

  • @180degreehealth you are such a rebel :)

  • U look hungry, honestly. not kiddin, u look like u want to bite something oversized. Is that wat raw food does to u?.. it makes u look almost raw.. kind of like the "u R wat u eat" saying. hmmm.. wierd...

  • nice video.. but she needs chapstick.. hate that pale where's ur lips look o_O

  • @want2BHappyNude YOU ARE AN IDIOT

  • Eat tons of nuts. Hemp milk will make you feel full all the time. I drink a full 32 ounces of hemp milk 3 times a day (make my own hemp milk) and I have handfulls of nuts all day long.

  • It's true about the coconut oil, I put 1 tablespoon in my smoothie for the first time today in green smoothie (without intention of feeling more full) and it is helping in other ways too with digestion and electrolytes! Thanks for tips of sea vegetables too! I like powdered spirulina from nu greens 2 teaspoons gandalf (pure spirulina, that's it!) rip off at whole foods but cheap at some health food stores! Hope this helps some1, GREAT TIPS NATASHA, YOU ROCK!!!

  • where can I find coconuts in montreal?

  • ugly

  • @missworld005 : Don't say that about yourself...

  • This person could always just try eating the chicken raw if it was free range and organic.

  • How many calories (about) is a green juice?

Like cucumber, cellery, tomato, carrot, ...

  • Amazing!

  • avocado's in smoothies / salads ^_^

  • Big Salads!

  • @LifeOM big salad doesn't work for me. I tried. I'd force myself to keep pushing the lettuce inside, but like clock work I am starving 2 hours later.

  • Great Ideas! Will definately try these suggestions!

  • yay 5 stars! good info! a vid on how to increase you green intake would be very helpful for me since i believe it is whats keeping me from being 100% raw. i hated greens, but eat them now. i want to juice feast but gack on greens juices. i am sedentary so this many fruits are driving me crazy with nervous energy! green smoothies are my biggest source of greens. energy soups are nasty.. tired of salads, I seem to binge eat after green juices too! Greens are what is missing in my diet. T_T

  • Great video Natasha! You're the best!

  • i do not think u need to but i know i do . as as with flax seed i know with that u do not need t but i do.

  • Thanks so much for addressing this issue. You're fantastic! Do I need to soak the hemp seeds or the chia seeds before adding them to my smoothie? I'll give the dulse a try. I've been holding off because I don't like seafood (the smell and flavor). I'm really trying to go mostly raw, but I hate to be hungry. I'm not a nice person when I'm hungry ;-)
