That’s got to be a sea lion. The location (too much forest) and way the animal comes up, as opposed to it swimming on the surface kind of says, not Polar Bear.
I love how this guy encounters a polar bear in the wild and calls it a "son of a bitch". That's like going apple picking, having a Unicorn eat one of your apples and yelling "Fuck off... pointy!"
