  • Your intro stating the HUGE AMOUNT Of time to achieve so short a video, underscores the need of much more powerful GPU engines, and parallel processing as well. A single computer (PCs or Macs) is too slow. Building a cluster of Sony Playstation3 could be a first efficient approach... if you could install on it a Window$. If not, a linux (yellow dog) and blender could fulfill very decent dreams and output stunning videos too, in less time than a single Intel/AMD processor computer. GREAT JOB!

  • @OxSADEKxO actually it's pretty easy:

    i did the fracture simulation with rayfire, then i added a PFlow with particles spawning on the fractures and I used that PFlow as a ParticleSource in FumeFX
