This is an unusual version I think. It is a little higher in tempo and with a different introduction. I like both. The introduction of the slower version is more exiting, but the song itself is better up-tempo. Closer to the live-version, but with more Bowie and less women singing. Female background choir gives perhaps a little more sharpness or brightness in sound. Both is good.

You can have opinions about Bowies style, but the musical handicraft and the musicality of the man is undoubtable.
