did it always have a large flywheel, or did you add it yourself?

The flywheel here is original, however, I added another flywheel to the other side later. It is a work in progress. I have other vids showing both.

how did you get it to hit n miss instead of throttled,did you change the way the governor operates?

Yes, the govener linkage now controls the exhaust valve lock. It's the red handle you see moving. it locks open the exhaust valve until it needs to fire again.
