I hate to be a spoil sport but this is a very young child who is being endangered while the adults laugh. A baby is not a toy!! What if a wheel comes off? The cart is not made for this and this kid needs a helmet! His folks need to think about what they are doing before the adorable baby gets hurt!!!

id hate to break it to sglittle but all the things that you said only happen on occasion trust me if you knew anything you would understand,but if you had a brain you would still twitch your arm remember kids never give sg little a knife
being overprotective can be equally as damaging to a child as is being neglectful.kids dont wear helmets on rollercoasters but i'll bet you have no problem with that?
