  • hey hey! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend lost a lot of weight with it.

  • MMMmmmm RYan!

  • @0208598972 its for Blade 3

  • what film is this fo i am thinking blade but i dont know

  • "Give me a pizza!"

    lmaoo.. love tht guy..

  • Lincoln, I'm getting you out of here!

  • i would love to get a body like ryan, 3% body fat is insane though.

  • @ec123456789able How does he do it and what does he eat

  • @jamesdavid3 i think all he must have ate is oatmeal, green vegetables, and protein in the form of poultry and fish.

fitness models who attain bodies like that eat nothing but chicken, turkey, and fish. they rotate these each day.

they also eat a selection of vegetables.

  • 4 hours a day is just stupid and pointless. Would have actually had more muscle mass probably if they kept it to about 1 hour a day.

  • Ryan is bloody hot..i watched this film becuase of him..shirtless....gosh !

  • jessica biel is slammin

  • @ 5:34, ryan reynold's double

  • yeah, ryan really has the most interesting and overwhelming personality.

im not sure if overwhelming is the most fitting word, but i mean something, like,.. he is somone who .. influences you even when you just look at him. not many can do that

  • I remember watching this and thinking 'The fight scene are quite good'. Compared to some movies this actually looks - sort of - authentic and not sugar-coated like so many others. Have you noticed that in other movies after a fight or a beating the character comes out practically unscathed? Hannibal came out with what looked like serious injuries on his face while other movies would have characters with one scratch.

  • there's this thing about Ryan Reynold.. just lookin at him makes me laugh!

  • im eating dry wall....and wood chips. lmao he talks the same way in the movie and real life haha.

  • damn ryan's body is so fucking badass those abs are just so damn i want a body like that xD and what can i say about jessica hell of a body and damn those excercise routines are so exhausting but the results are terrific!

  • They're not specimens!! They're people!! haha!

  • hey all i was wondering if there are any more vids like this that show (famous) people working out and getting ripped it helps me get motivated to do my own exercising, i saw the bollywood actor john abraham (i think??) get ripped for his role in gujneh that was inspiring can anyone help find me more vids to inspire me? thanks guys!

  • Jessica Biel=Gorgeous :)

  • My respect to Jessica Biel, not only her shape but also the way she moves and all that, it's amazing!

And Ryan is just hot as usual, I'd lick cream off of his sixpack anytime!

  • Jessica Biel has the BEST body!! A skinny girl with muscles is way more impressive than just a plain ole skinny girl!

  • jessica biel's moves look so natural, as if she've been doin them her whole life. looks freakin hot too! lol

  • FOr normal people DO P90X, I REPEAT GO ON AMAZON AND SERCH P90X CDS and start doing this and about 90 days you'll be on these celebrity's LEVEL

  • We would all be that muscly if we had nothing else to do with are lives and had a personal trainer.

  • @GSheppo92 No, you would just find another excuse not to train.

  • man i have a man crush on ryan and i'm not even gay

  • @drunkhomer you're not the only one dude... there's nothing to be ashamed of when it's something like that xD

  • @drunkhomer a crush is okay but if you actually picture you doing something with his penis then you need to consider yourself open minded

  • I would KILL to fuck Ryan Reynolds!!!!

  • wish i had ryans body

  • Then do something about it.

  • @Insomniac726 okay fuck you. i work out just about every day, and sorry some some people have fucked up genes and will naturally never have a six pack and if it means torturing myself just to look like that then id rather not soooo...yeah

  • @pthizzy12 Crybabyyyy.. C:

  • @pthizzy12

Man I have shit genetics to but its just about putting your mind to it and getting over that first hurdle and you'll achieve your goals, I have and I'm keepin it up and still treat myself with some unhealthy foods once or twice a week :)

  • @dannycarlin090 haha yes, thanks. i was doing well until easter lol, but hey il get back on track sooner or later

  • @pthizzy12

Hahaha brilliant man I've been dieting so hard the past few months and there on Sunday I had two big massive easter eggs and drink...loved it cuz I followed up with more chocolate today hehe :) so back on the straight and narrow tomo ;) keep up the good work!!

  • @dannycarlin090 haha nicee. yeeah u too

  • @pthizzy12 You know getting a body you want to appreciate is 70% nutrition. If its torture eating healthy food for you then i dont know what to say :D

  • @jeedo31 actually i am preety good about that. thanks f the info

  • i love thi video

  • this really is how ur suppost to eat if u want to be healthy. and it really doesn't have to be all salad and water... just dont fry everything u eat. so it doesn't ave to be expensive.

  • hhaha im eating drywall lol woodchip

  • shit ryan body looks crazy!

  • I had the honor and the privilege to meet and hang out with Chuck and Clay when they shot a movie! Man, they are incredible!!! It is a pleasure to see them in this clip! And regarding the comments below, if you eat right you will not get in shape, if you work out you will not get in shape, if you do both, then you can say you are in shape. Cheers!

  • This is really extreme training and of course normal people are not able to do this because they have an every day job to attend, studies, school, whatever. But also 30 minutes a day can go a long way, I just started training and I'm mostly not even doing 30 minutes, but I can already feel how much it helps. I think when you're just trying to get in and maintan a decent shape it's all about going out every day and doing something, about training constantly and not so much about diets and all.

  • Diet is main thing in getting in shape and gaining a good health.

Not talking about those crazy magic diets but one healthy For the life

I experienced that.. I was doing weightlifting. I was not gaining any pounds for 3 months as soon as I started eating better I raised my weight.

I would not say that diet is 80% in muscle building as Ryan but 70% would be a more realistic relation

The people I know that lost weight were the ones that went to a nutritionist and followed that recommended diet

  • Comment removed

  • pause at 6:15.... drools

  • Lol, agreed, would make for a good desktop picture xD

  • that whole genetics thing in my opinion is bull shit!! no fat guy ever came outta Auschwitz know what i mean!! people who tell themselves that are lying to themselves

  • Body fat % is not the only thing that improves visual appeal. There are many other genetic issues at hand. Elasticity of the skin and the access water under the skin are two main issues. Not saying that bf% is not a huge issue as well. But people with 6% bf with hardly any water under their skin and extremely elastic skin that stretches over the muscle would make it much more visible than someone with 6% bf with very shitty skin and a ton of access water making the muscles less visible =D.

  • is that the whole thing? it ends kinda abruptly....

and oh ye RYAN REYNOLDS IS SOOOOOOOOOO HOTTTTTTTT

  • dry wall and wood chips...

    lol

  • west is the shit!!!

  • that 6-8 small meals a day does work... but it's only a temporary eating style to aggressively lean down. it's definitely not a good way to permanently diet.

  • How come? Why is it not sustainable?

  • lol... cause it sucks to be hungry all the time. it keeps your body burning constantly with high metabolism cause you're always digesting.

  • I thought the thermogenic benefits of eating frequent small meals were overstated. In any case, from reading Reynold's diet and exercise plan elsewhere on the web, I was under the impression that in order to gain muscle and lose fat, it was vital that he didn't feel hungry. Eat enough to grow but no more.

Also, don't bodybuilders essentially follow this diet year in year out? Surely, the only thing stopping this being a maintable lifestyle is the inherent ascetic nature of eating healthily.

  • the reason to me it's not good for permanent dieting is because with those of us who aren't professional athletes or bodybuilders etc.... it's basicaly impossible to maintain in terms of schedule and mindset. your day would essentially have to revolve aroudn eating, since you're eating every 2-3 hrs and you're always feeling the burn.

if you're trying to grow muscle then eating to always be hungry is probably not good, i was thinking just in terms of slimming, that means excess muscle and fat.

  • Ok, that seems a fairly sensible observation. Thanks for the dose of common sense.

  • EXACTLY! Its so easy for celebrties to get in shape in no time because that is their job, they have to get in shape for the movie and that is that. They dont have to get up the next day early morning and go to work, they arent compelled to do that, they just work out for the movie.

  • yeah it's never practical for people who aren'nt pro athletes or actors paid to get in shape for a role to expect something this quick and dramatic.... unless you're really really willing to commit to a clean diet. everything i read says that you don't need a ton of exercise as long as it's the right exercise, the diet part is waaay more crucial.

  • yeah, that is their job to get in shape and they are doing it for millions of dollars and plus they are given the resources. They are given nutritionists, dietitians, trainers, they have like exercise classes set for them so its really easy for them to get that body in no time. Thats why I dont understand people like Jonah Hill who has all of that but just doesnt do it...I dont know.

  • the thermogenic benefits from my personal experience also i don't think is too overstated. with hard training and very strict dieting me and friends of mine have been able to cut significant weight for boxing in a short amount of time, me 6 lbs over 4-5 days, my friends about 15 lbs over 2 weeks.

  • Reynolds and Biel are clearly in fantastic shape for this film, but the bodyfat percentages bandied about by these talking heads strike me and, I suspect, anyone with even a passing knowledge of physiology, as gross underestimates based on either ignorance or vicarious aggrandisement.

Reynolds is not 3.8 % fat. Pro Bodybuilders about to go on stage might be at 4%. Biel's estimate is even more ludicrous. 6 or 8%! Essential body fat in women is 12 - 15%. I figure he's at 6-8%, she's at 15-18%.

  • utmost respect!!! so inspired right now!!!!!!!!!!

  • women these are the bodies real men like

when you eat right and workout, not when you skip meals to be skin painted on bone like paris hilton etc

    jessica biel - respect

  • Cannot believe at all that people give this comment a thumbs down. Paris Hilton and Co. look like traffic signs. Jessica Biel looks amazing.

BTW, I do not think Jessica Biel is on 15-18% bf in that movie. It might not be 6% either but 18 is just as false.

  • 2:43 reminds me of Steve Carrell...for realz people....anyone agree?? just look.

  • yeah, that's crazy

  • wow...i love it....working out feels soooo good...those guys are all so hot....6 packs every where...yummy

  • ne0flux: did you actually watch the video? They never mentioned getting in shape is easy. Did you listen or your ears are plugged with bitterness. You must be out of shape. being healthy and physically in shape is not all about having a nutrionist or trainers. There are other ways....

  • All personal trainers do is tell you how to do your workouts properly. They were working out EVERYDAY for over 4 hours for 5 months, then 1-2 hours during the filming (7 months). They worked extremely hard for a whole year. They worked extremely hard.

They used nearly all of their time on going to the gym. You could be able to whatever you want with your body if you stopped playing halo and went to the gym instead (yes, I checked out your profile).

You obviously have some serious body issues.

  • bruce lee had no allergic reaction to cannabis you retard, they just found traces of it in his body during the autopsy, the cerebral edema was caused by the pain killer he was taking at the time.

  • i think stallone had 2 percent body fat when he did rocky 3 i've been eating drywall and wood chips lol i love lifting weights but i refuse to give up burgers and pizza

  • it took them 5 months to achieve those bodies... that can't be harmful... what bbuilders do is overworking and taking drugs... i'm not critisizing them, but that's why they're not as healthy as it appear

  • Didn't Bruce Lee have like 1% body fat . .. and then he died cause his heart gave out or something?

  • well bruce lee was always lean though. if he had been fat and then suddenly and rapidly dropped to 1% that definitely would have been hazardous to his health.

autopsy showed that bruce lee's brain had expanded 13% at his death. he suffered full-body seizures and cerebral edema

  • BRUCE LEE DIED?!?!?

  • he died of an accidental overdose at least thats what i remember when i did my report about him in the 2nd grade haha

  • From what I understand, He had an allergic reaction to canibus, which caused his brain to swell, which made him feel ill. He then took sleeping pills and died in his sleep...from what I understand.

  • well his friend gave him the sleeping pills

  • having a body of self destruction with the mind of self perfection will get you far.

  • Nicely put.

  • ...What? How?

  • Lol Ryan Reynolds!

  • 3.8% body fat! so hes dead then is he?

  • Not really.

If you gradually take your bd% lower and still live healthy then it's ok

What bodybuilders do for every competition/show that is unhealthy

But not this. I believe a famous tour de france cycler once had a bd% of around 1.5%

Alot is possibly if doing it slowely ;)

  • what movie are they talking about?

  • blade trinity

  • Training every day!!!??? That is overtraining!!!

  • There is no such thing as overtraining , theres just "under eating/Rest"

Besides, if your body is well conditioned and ur work capacity is way higher than the average person , u can work out alot harder.

  • why do actors exercise so much?i mean, they are actors not models who have to be fit all the time

  • they had to workout cause they needed to look realy good for the movie.

can't be a skinny super hero

  • I fucking LOVE Ryan Reynolds, I have a lot of respect for Jessica Biel

  • I love Jessica Biel, and have respect for Ryan Reynolds lol!!

  • HOLY CRAP 3% body fat?!?!?!?!?!

  • is this video longer...?? I really want to see the rest

  • I'm beginning to think acting isn't as easy as it used to be. Now that they do the behind the scenes feature on DVD's, actors don't want to use stunt doubles anymore. I guess it ruins the fantasy of the characters and makes the actors look phony.

  • Dammit I wish I could have all that time to spend in just training, with people following my workout! Reynolds' body is unbelievable!!!

  • dont need taht long m8, try 30mins-10hr a day 3-5days a week, work between 60-80% on CV and 70-90% strength n endurance. n ul notice a big difference between 2months-1year depending on genetics and diet

  • ryan was at 3 percent body fat? Thats crazy!

  • DW if u wana get to that size/shape, u only need to be between 6-12% BF to get that tone, as for the upper body, just str8 up shoulder, chest, tris n bis workoout

  • thz a million dude!!! gosh... i've been looking for ryan reynolds training for a long long loooooong tyme... glad i found it finally^^

  • Thanks a mill!! Gald you liked it! I got more videos coming!

  • @FastWeightLoss is there any more parts to this video?

  • thanx soooo much, i used to do track and field but i wanted a little more definition

  • Your very welcome!! I got more videos coming!
