  • I remember learning this in Junior school for the eisteddfod! Thanks for this! hehe

  • Very nice enunciation!

We're learning this as part of our new repertoire for 2010 - that's the Hong Kong Welsh Male Voice Choir.

  • @ulaca diolch! Its a great song you will enjoy it.

  • Still trying to persuade the PTB to sing Men of Harlech in Welsh. As an Englishman, I object to having to sing about those craven Saxon bowmen, hynds etc. in English!!

  • That's me - forgot my daughter had been on.

  • Beth am afr khakhi? :-D

Gafr ddas ddas...er, ddu, las...dw i ddim yn feddw!!!

  • I like his version better too, but the record doesnt play anymore so I had to do it myself. Wish I could get another copy.

  • Nice try!

I like the Thomas L. Thomas version, but yours has plenty of personality. Well done, man.

  • This is great! I used to have a whole tape of children's songs by the Lullaby Lady [a friend of my aunt]. I could imagine singing this with funny faces and actions for kids [pardon the pun]

  • Thanks! I heard this a lot in Welsh sung by Thomas L. Thomas when I was young, one of my dad's favorite tunes. I improvised this performance because I dont actually have the sheet music to it. The pictures of the goats were taken at a local farm where I take my four year old son to play here in the US.

  • They're such cute animals! Thank you for the translation nice vid!
