I really love these two videos! I am a working mom with four kids, a dog, and a sweet husband. Sometimes (okay, often) my brain is spinning so fast I just can't fall asleep.  Listening to this is truly better than tylonal pm :) I love when you say it's okay if you don't fall asleep-all of a sudden I stop worrying about falling asleep and TA-DA...fall asleep.
