That was done with Pearl Eliminator Powershifters, red cams, really tight springs.

That is not my current setup, however. I'll see about making another heel-toe double stroke video with a different setup

u can do heel toe strokes with any sixed foot, you can even do it with half your foot hanging off the footboard, its on the net somewhere

Awesome man! Is there a reason why you use those massive boots...does it make it easier? Nice pedals i have the pearl eliminators as well. I notice you use the red cams...i'm using white for now...seems most comfy. What sortof spring tension do you use? I have them pretty much stocko from the box.
