Honey, I have to say, I am insanely impressed. That was gorgeous. Yes, there were some minor screw ups, but the whole 'yanking off the bridle bit' was a damned nice touch ^.~ Keep it up! I love reining - some day I hope to be in some amateur shows and such - and the fact that you're merely a year older than I am and doing things such as this...well, it gives me hope ^.~

no i'm not reining yet. I have my horse i'm going to be reining with. We should be reining by next year or 2009. i've been doing a few gaming classes but thats about it with her. Then i've been showing my mom's mare in hunter undersaddle.

its not that the horse isn't happy. her ears are back because shes paying attention to the rider. As for the mare comment, neither is gender is equally better, mares are just known to be more tempered. but they can proferm equally well.

Ok, im sorry, but i really have to say sometthing about the mare comment. First off, MARES RULE!!!! That's like saying that all girls are grumpy and moody! Yes, some mares are mean and moody, BUT IT'S THE SAME DEAL WITH GELDINGS!! What is the world's problem with mares? I own a quarter horse mare, and she is the most amazing horse in the world. So no offense, but not all mares are grumpy. She probably just likes to have her head to herself.

ugh. I couldn't hear half of the thing because of the lady freakin screaming every time that girl made a turn. no offense or anything, but I think you should've taken that out and just put in the music. It would have had a much better effect.

I ride english but I have seen some reining during a couple FFA horse judging competitions and NOTHING compared to this video...THAT WAS SOOOO COOL XD It was kinda funny how the horse had his head down and ears back w/o the bridle lol but still seemed perfectly willing!

Watched it without the sound. You had a very unhappy horse until you took the bridle off. She carried herself much better and moved more freely with the neck rope. Try to work on your roll backs. Good job.
