the brain needs oxygen, glucose and stimulation (sound,frequencies) in order to be energized and to function. it is our own voice and/or music to accomplish this.therefore: keep your ears healthy because they are the dynamos of our brain.they catch and select different frequencies (high frequencies gives us energy and drive, low frequencies activate the vestibulum, the image of our body, mid frequencies activate our direct awareness of people´s speech.

It would be really nice if each video was linked to the previous video as a video response. It would make finding the next video in the sequence much quicker.
