That is one either piss poor rack or WAY overloaded. I have spent 20 years in warehouse and seen plenty for forklifts hit the bars and just crunch them, not cause a major collapse.

This wasnt at any home depot as you can see those stores are not that high, they just have 3 racking levels and they do not have an open space like that one in the video.
