  • I can't practice back kicks on my bag because It always ends up breaking one of the chains and I have to put it up again and it gets annoying throwing it to the air everytime -_-

  • iv seen enough to know this guy is legit

    Subscribed :-)

  • damn you knock that bag around! nice kicking! how heavy is the bag?

  • nice

  • I always train at home when i have notink to do .... I will kick the heavy bag .... By doing this it helps to make yr leg be harder ....

  • dont fuck with this guy!!

  • what is the name of skill at 0:15 to 0:17?

  • Double kick

  • Just called doubles. Most commonly used for scoring in TKD sport fighting.

  • Very nice footwork and agility!

  • great skill :)

  • and i doubt u can beat this guy in a fight

  • @xmaxjacky123 dident say i could but i bet you i could submit him

  • ya but what are the chances of u even getting him onto the ground

  • Nice kicks home boy

  • this is the power of TKD. youd drop a guy kicking him with one of those kicks easily

  • yea TKD and just about every other art as well...a kick is a kick

  • So powerful ! Nice job .

  • DoomRater, i think hes got the chest guard on the bag for focus.

  • ladies and gentlemen, you just watched 136 kicks and 10s of punchs in 2 mins.

  • you need to get into UFC lol

  • well he obviously has potential. If he really invested himself in boxing and wrestling he would be a good mma fighter. Im not saying pro ufc guy but good.

  • Man this guy shows better technique than most ufc fighters!

  • thats cos hes hitting a stuffed bag, people tend not to just stand there but yeah his tech is crisp and i reckon hes a good sparrer from his rhythm and coordination.Sparring with takedowns and grapplin doesnt really allow for great kickboxing.Look at all the great strikers who could land in mma.

  • yeah this video clearly shows his weakness in ground defense. look at 0:32 when that guy got the triangle choke right in on him.....

    OH WAIT

  • doomrater you are idiot lool no other word to say

  • nice kicks

  • Whats the first kick at 5 seconds. I wish i knew the name

  • i think its a spinning back kick.

  • We call it a back-spinning-heel-kick. Other people call it a spinning hook kick. Don't worry so much about the name though. If you say "hook kick" to a Bruce Lee student, he'll think you mean a roundhouse. If you say heel kick to some people they may think you mean an axe kick. But for the most part, it's a either a spinning heel kick or spinning hook kick. The one after that is a turn kick (also known as turning back kick, spinning back kick, or just plain back kick lol)

  • reverse turning kick to reverse side kick without touching the floor with the kicking leg.

  • i would like never fight with this guy XD

  • =) Why not? It'd be a hell of a good fight

  • It'd be slaughter, look at the guy! Only reason why the bags still intact is cause he probably only has the one

  • IS this like a movie where thay edit the sounds in or something?

Because that is the most brutal heavy bag kicking I have ever heard.

  • man that guy is good!

  • Serious power and conditioning.

  • how long have u trained ??

  • thats sick... beast!

  • I know others have asked how heavy that bag was, but I'd like to know as well. I'd be very surprised if that was 75lb (34kg)!

  • The most important thing is how hard the bag is, not how heavy. You can hit/kick on a soft 200 lb bag much easier than a rock-hard 50 lb bag. Also the lighter the bag is, the harder it is to track and chain techniques together.

  • I agree, now that I think about it... the only thing is he's making this bag wear a chest protector so the hard issue is out. The way it flies around though makes me wonder if it's a lighter bag... I was curious on the amount of power he's getting off those kicks. Then again, the length of rope that the bag hangs from also has something to do with it...

  • I want to train with you lol

  • that is 100% a heavy bag you fucking moron.

  • It's a heavy bag with a TKD hogu chest protector on. Makes it easier to target specific areas of the body. So it's more like hitting a person, not like hitting a cylinder.

  • Your legs are just like two snipers firing towards the enemy o.o Awesome kicks!

  • dude you dont wanna pick on his girlfriend on the street :)))))

i really think that he would give you just 1 kick and you would be down .. probably knocked the fuck OUT!!

  • your kicks are insane

  • dude.. you're hardcore.. your shins and instep must be solid granite.

  • he put the protection on it so he won't break it lol.

  • dam. you kick hard. i cant kick with my lead leg that hard yet, its still in the making

  • Great fighter.

    Beautiful legwork.

Props to you my man :)

  • Very fluent and smooth! Great job!

  • The 1'st kicks are really amazing they look like they would knock the shit out of you.>

  • id like to see this guy in a fight. i dont mean that to be a dick at all, the guys tkd is first rate. i just wonder if hed use it in a fight.

  • sounds like a gun battle

  • hahahahahahahahahahha xD

  • Maybe its not the bag that is light maybe its how hard he is kicking.

  • actually it looks pretty light to me, but damn thats nice kicking.i like the sound of impart so refreshing when you yourself is doing it

  • It's a light bag.

  • i've tried this and your much much better than me at it and you kick with good impact, keep posting.

  • doesnt seem that heavy!

  • nice tkd kicks. Good idea putting the hogu on the punching bag.

  • Good technique, good the impact! Very well!

  • What did the bag did to you? :P nice kicks mate.

  • wow, im amazed by all your videos. kyryllo, would you mind sharing us about your martial arts background?

  • jesus christ, how much does that bag weigh? That thing was flying!

  • nice!

  • Your kicks are really great. Awesome stuff.

If i engage in battle with you, i would consider running away. The punching bag would have torn into pieces if the protector vest wasn't attached to it. Good stuff, a true master at work.

  • Do you practice grappling?

  • For some reason that didn't reply right... Well, I wanted to add, like skytale83 said, no joking, doctor first, exercise second.

  • How much do you weigh, kyryllo, if you don't mind me asking?

  • Around 81 kg.

  • hi if you dont mind me asking when your kicking the heavy bag using a round house or turning kick what striking tool are you using the instep of the foot or your lower shin? thnks

  • does your watch control your camera? lol

    very nice man.

  • you're looking 100% man . i recently hurt my knee training, my master has me doing a thousand kicks a day. my left knee kills me. haven't been able to train hard for two weeks. got any secrets or methods to exercise your knees?

  • if you haven't done it yet you should see a doctor, there's no joking bout knees and their ligaments, you may get yourself pernament injuries

  • To prevent knee injury, make sure to cross train. Exercise the muscles that stabilize your kneed joint and it will be a bit less prone to injury. Similar to the keeping the abdominal muscles in shape helps prevent back injury.

  • you have korean style good job

  • Awesome.

  • lol, that vid explains y ure heavy bag only has 3/4 ropes holding it

  • you have speed...great vid, i like your kicks

  • nice kicks! funny thing is that u look everytime at your watch

  • never been a tkd fan, but I would not want to keep a fight standing with you sir. I would like to see you do some MT. As long as you don't want to demonstrate on my ribs.

  • is it just me.. or does the heavy bag only have 3 of the 6 ropes holding it up?? (maybe its just how it looked)

  • 3 of 4 :)

  • guy how did you make weight for -78kg, calves look at least 62kg on their own haha kiddin...

you gonna compete nationally again over there??

  • yah, if you choose wtf tkd then its cause u wanna do the sport. and as everyone SHUD know, hands down is more practical in WTF tkd than hands up. just for the record i do ITF, but i keep wondering if i actually wanna do WTF, kicks are better imo.

  • You're the man, Kyryllo! Awesome stuff.

  • lets see some sparring drills ^^

  • Nice kicks. My uncle's passing me his heavy bag, so I'll probably use a couple of tutrorials for training.

Oh, and still waiting for you to throw a fireball.

  • Nice Bag work Man!!! I have a LONG way to go :(

Thanks for posting these video. I wouldn't mind seeing some of your sparring drills etc

  • "Gotta respect all MA's"... lol sounds like a forced chant lol - jk no offence :)

besides, no point keeping your hands up if you do competition tkd anyway. and if youre gonna learn WTF tkd anyway, most likely u chose it cause you like the sport over the art. just a generalisation.

  • Looks good but keep your hands up man I know it's TKD. I took TKD when I was a kid now I do MT. Real standup = MT and Boxing. But you're TKD looks good and if that's what you love and are passionate about then good for you man. Gotta respect all MA's. Keep posting.

  • i guess you don't know: the guy who posted this video DOES do more than one MA. he knows about "real standup", no need to let him know.

    keep it up Kyryllo!

  • wat is it ppl tryin 2 giv otha ppl advices jeezz he knws wat hes doin n he can ask his freakin sifu or sensei or wateva who da hell r u 2 giv otha ppl advice on keepin ur hands up n those sorta crap jeez!!!
