Although we all know what became as a result of all this in reards to the Sonny and Jason era. This was a good storyline. All of the Q's were involved from Allan, AJ, Ned , and Monica. And it was a huge departure from goody two shoes Jason who was to become a doctor.
I wonder if Jason would have joined Sonny in the mob if he knew how his life would have turned out (Justus' death due to Manny, Michael getting shot, him not raising his own son, etc). Dang, I wish the Q's would have just listened to Jason.
@nashman1949 The first meeting after Jason woke from the coma. Jason knew Sonny before his accident but were not close friends. Jason was friends with Robin and Stone so kinda knew Sonny in a limited way. This is where the deep friendship starts
@BotoxUCR She meant no harm BUT she and everyone wanted Jason to be pre accident / coma Jason and where pushing to fast and hard. Jason reacted the only way he could at the time. No one was bothering to listen to what Jason was saying or what he needed maybe because they were too close. At the time Sonny was not close to him and could hear what Jason was saying and understood what Jason needed
I am so glad the Qs and Keesha remained true to form and tried to force Jason to be Jason Q because I love the Sason relationship, but if the Qs had actually listened to Jason...they may actually have got a son that actually loved them instead of barely tolerating them. The undying love and loyalty he feels for Sonny, Robin, Carly, etc. could have been Alan's, Monica's and Keesha's if they had just listened to what Jason had to say and if they treated him as an adult who wasn't Jason Q..
He told Keesha nicely not to touch him yet she persisted. I get testy when people I don't know invade my personal space. :-) Keesha brought it on herself.
Jason hated anyone who treated him like Jason Q. Sonny, Robin, Luke, Lila and Emily didn't. They treated him like himself and that's why he got along with them.
