I love all of your collections man i still have most of the megadrive games in my loft lol its the best console ever made its great. It brings back a lot of god memories from my past ........thanks ......i cant even emulate these because i have a mac :(

my dad used to love playing super hang on lol we had a huge collection gr8 games such as castlevania bloodlines comic zone all the sonics golden axe 2 ristar kid chamelion vectorman 2 tnt the hyperstone heist green dog alisia altered beastdragoon bubsy double dragon gun star heroes strider rocket night adventure and alot more he used to play be4 he went to the pub then after lol genesis/mega drive nes etc is up in the loft but i downloaded the games i remember.

Nice collection. I missed out on some of those back in the day but like you discovered them through emulation. Played both hang-on and outrun a lot with my dad and bro too. Those were the only games he seemed to like though.

ESWAT is pretty cool imo, not exactly the best action title on the system but it's got fun weapons and you can fly around with a jetpack ^^

Yes i love this Game, and I played it hour after hour, I dont now how much. I played part 2, it was a little bit harder. One time I played Warsong without Cheats, but this was hard.

I didn't even know you could cheat :P Yeah it's pretty damn hard.

Its not a cheat, but you can select a level and repeat it for lv up. So you can level your Charc.

Of course you had to end the Zero Wing song with that phrase. My personally favourite song of this batch, but that's because I'm a sucker for Tatsuya Uemura songs.

Well the Hellfire ost is pretty good, but what else has he worked on?

Tatsuya Uemura has also worked on the music of Twin Cobra (Tsugaru being my favourite) for the Genesis. I'm not sure about Fire Shark and/or Slap Fight.

Outside of the Genesis he's also done the music for Out Zone, of which the Stage 1/Stage 4 theme is a personal favourite of mine. You'd have to check the archived toaplan(dot)com site for further info.

Great selection with a few tracks I haven't heard before. The Zero Wing track is a personal favourite, but unfortunately it sounded noisy.

Noisy.. is that just the ZW track? Because they're all recorded the same way from .vgz file playback in Winamp. Of course I would've preferred real hardware but this is much more convenient. I don't own most of these recent games because the soundtracks are better than the actual games :)

Yes, only the ZW track. Very often, the soundtrack is what actually makes the game good and save it from a bad view on it :P

Thx alot this brought back alot of Memories Warson is probabyl one of the top Games on Mega Drive but unfortunatly i never played Langrisser II i think it was never released outside of Japan.

There's a translated ROM floating around the web so in case you don't mind emulating I really recommend you check it! It's a great improvement on Warsong.

Yeah i saw that one have to get a better PC Controller and play it sounds really cool.

Well it's a strategy game so you don't really need a gamepad but of course it gives a better retro feel. Another advantage of playing it emulated is fastforwarding when the computer moves :)

Yeah you are right but on my current controller the Buttons are somehow broken i have to push them very hard to function and that is really annoying.

And i really dislike to play Games with the keyboard if that is what you meant. SOmehow i never get used to it.
